Before handing them over, finish any refugee-related Good Deeds you still want to complete—especially On Death’s Door, which PowerPyx says must be done before the end of Act 1 and before Heart of Gold.

Find Atticus Caddell in Vyssa Hills
Vyssa Hills opens through story progress. From the wooden archway, follow the route through the scaffolding and along the western ledge, then take the northeastern path beneath the broken bridge. Speak to Atticus and exhaust his dialogue; he asks you to find truck keys for the refugees. Gamer Guides’ route places him along this path.

Get an Amine Prism
You need an Amine Prism to close the Timeloop. Gamer Guides says this becomes available after progressing through the Watcher’s Nest puzzle and obtaining a prism from Gildas Brom.

Close the nearby Timeloop and search the corpse
Enter the Vyssa Hills Timeloop and follow the game’s prompt to use the prism on the drone. A corpse appears where the Timeloop was; search it to collect Keys – ON Vehicle. The item and route are also described in the Hellisus.org walkthrough.

Finish refugee-related deeds before the handover
Do not give Atticus the keys yet if you have related Good Deeds outstanding. PowerPyx advises completing Good Deeds #11 and #12 before handing them over, and specifically warns that On Death’s Door must be completed before the end of Act 1 and before Heart of Gold. PowerPyx defines the end of Act 1 here as placing the first Keystone in the Lymbic Forge. This is the most concrete timing warning in the available guide coverage; complete the refugee quests available to you first, but do not assume every character outcome is guaranteed to follow the same path.
PowerPyx’s Good Deeds guide identifies Heart of Gold as Good Deed #10 and gives the handover order.

Give the keys to Atticus
Return to Atticus and trade him the Keys – ON Vehicle. That completes Heart of Gold.
Heart of Gold rewards
Gamer Guides lists the Brooch of Rage as the reward for Heart of Gold. It lists The Blood Queen’s Phalange separately as the reward for the Vyssa Hills Timeloop, so do not confuse the Timeloop reward with the deed reward. Hellisus.org marks its own Heart of Gold reward list as incomplete; the named deed reward above is specifically attributed to Gamer Guides.
