How many trophies and achievements are in Hellraiser: Revival?
The total depends on platform. GameTrek’s roadmap, updated October 10, 2026, lists 45 PS5 trophies. Steam’s achievement page lists 69 achievements. A Games.gg guide reports 45 Xbox achievements, but that count has not been independently confirmed against the live Xbox list.

Are any trophies missable?
Yes. PowerPyx and GameTrek describe the campaign as linear and report that it has no Chapter Select. Story trophies can unlock naturally as you progress, but optional conditions and collectibles can be missed when you advance past their opportunities. Treat non-story objectives as missable rather than assuming you can clean them up after finishing.

Use a run checklist
- Track optional objectives and collectibles as you encounter them.
- Keep manual saves, especially before major progress points and the final choice.
- Before leaving an area or advancing the story, check whether you have completed its optional tasks.
Watch the first shop
PowerPyx reported at launch that two shop-related trophies could stop tracking if players did not earn them at the first shop. That is a dated third-party report, not confirmation of a current bug. If you are starting now, check the patch notes for your platform and version; until the issue’s status is clear, handle shop-related trophy conditions at the first opportunity.
Do you need two playthroughs for the Platinum?
Not necessarily. The ending trophies are tied to separate endings. GameTrek reports that you can earn them in two runs, or reload a manual save made before the final choice and select the other ending. Keep that save until you have confirmed both ending trophies have unlocked. A single save before the choice is the way to avoid repeating the full campaign solely for the second ending.

Which collectibles should you track?
PowerPyx identifies 27 required collectible-related targets for the trophy requirements:
- 5 firearms
- 12 crafting recipes
- 5 Pain Pillars
- 5 Suffering Pillars
Because the campaign has no Chapter Select according to the reported roadmap, collect and record these during your playthrough instead of relying on a later chapter cleanup. The exact locations are not established in the sources used here, so this guide does not invent a location-by-location route.

What to know before starting
- Internet: Saber support says an internet connection is not required, though it recommends connecting to receive the latest patches.
- Playtime: Saber estimates about 8–12 hours for a playthrough, depending on playstyle; this is the publisher’s estimate, not a guaranteed completion time.
- Content updates: Saber says it expects to issue patches for post-launch issues but has no plans for future DLC or content updates.
For videos or livestreams, Saber’s FAQ says creators should apply an 18+ restriction with their platform’s tools and use a sexual-themes label where available. The game has no streamer mode.
