The Epic Games Store giveaway featuring Hidden Folks and Totally Reliable Delivery Service has ended. The reported claim window ran from August 14 to August 21, 2025, so those games cannot now be claimed through that promotion. Epic’s rules explain what happens when a weekly offer expires and how to claim future free games.
Can you still claim these games for free on Epic?
No. A historical listing reports that Hidden Folks and Totally Reliable Delivery Service were offered together from August 14 through August 21, 2025. That date range comes from a secondary listing, not an official Epic archive. Epic’s current free-games page is the place to check what is available now; these two games are not listed there as current offers.

Epic says, “Free promotions have a limited duration.” Its support guidance also says, “To add the game to your library, you must claim it within the indicated period.” If you missed this offer, Epic says it cannot be reclaimed through the expired promotion. See Epic Games Player Support’s answer about missed free games.
How Epic’s free-game claims work
Epic’s weekly FAQ says a new free game appears each Thursday at 8 AM PT, and the claim period lasts seven days. A game claimed during that window stays in the claimant’s Epic Games Store library after the promotion ends. Claiming requires an Epic account with two-factor authentication enabled. Check Epic’s free-games FAQ for the current rules.

The games offer different kinds of play: Hidden Folks focuses on solo searching through crafted scenes, while Totally Reliable Delivery Service centers on chaotic, physics-driven delivery antics and multiplayer.

Infogrames announced physical Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 5 editions in May 2025, with preorders beginning at $29.99 USD and retail release expected on September 12, 2025. The announcement said the editions would include two then-upcoming DLCs as well as earlier DLC content. Those dates and prices describe the announcement, not a verified current offer: present-day stock, retailer listings, regional availability, and pricing are not established here. A boxed copy is separate from the expired Epic giveaway. Details are in Infogrames’ physical-edition announcement.

Quick Recap
Best Value
- An Epic Games account is required to redeem an Epic Games Store Card code
- If playing on a console platform (PlayStation Network, Xbox Live, Nintendo Switch or Mobile) you need to link your Epic Games account to that gaming platform (one time) to redeem your gift card code
- The 16 digit code on the back of the card WILL NOT work if redeemed directly through your gaming platform (PlayStation Network, Xbox Live, Nintendo Switch, Mobile, etc.)
- Note: Nintendo devices do not support Fortnite Shared Wallet, so V-Bucks purchased using your account balance will not show up on your Nintendo device.
