Is this the same as the later Tweeg choice?
No. After this prompt, Gene and Lizzie argue about Lizzie’s boyfriend, Tweeg. The later choices in that argument are separate: GamesRadar+ says siding with Lizzie there can make her happy and earn a later thank-you, while siding with Gene leaves her unhappy at first, though they make up.
