What HoYoverse officially announced
In a July 19, 2024 program brief, HoYoverse announced Version 2.4, titled “Finest Duel Under the Pristine Blue,” with a July 31 online date. The brief highlighted limited-time characters Yunli and Jiaoqiu. It did not, in the cited announcement details, provide the full phase-by-phase banner pairings later reported in schedule summaries.
