When did Honkai: Star Rail Version 3.3 release?
HoYoverse released Version 3.3, titled “The Fall at Dawn’s Rise,” on May 21, 2025. The update continued the Flame-Chase Journey story on Amphoreus. HoYoverse described it as the story’s final battle and said players would confront the Sky Titan; the version also introduced the “Echo of War: Glance of Twilight” activity, a new Trailblaze Mission, new areas, and character Light Cones. What is Hyacine’s kit in HSR 3.3?
Hyacine is a five-star Wind character on the Path of Remembrance. HoYoverse identifies her as chief physician of the Twilight Courtyard and describes her as a team healer who summons Little Ica. Her kit restores HP over time, while her Ultimate heals every teammate and increases their Max HP.
Little Ica responds when another ally is attacked or voluntarily loses HP by automatically restoring that ally’s HP. It can also attack enemies, with its damage scaling according to how much healing it has performed. HoYoverse’s launch announcement sums up her role: “A Wind character following the Path of Remembrance, Hyacine excels at restoring HP for the entire team and boosting overall survivability.”

What does Cipher do in Honkai: Star Rail?
Cipher is a five-star Quantum character on the Path of Nihility. Her support mechanic centers on an enemy target: she records damage dealt to that target, then follows up when allies attack it. Her Ultimate deals additional True DMG based on the damage recorded.
Her Technique offers a separate utility effect. It lets Cipher enter stealth, move quickly, and steal consumables from enemies. These descriptions come from HoYoverse’s Version 3.3 announcement and official update notes.

HoYoverse’s 2025 announcement said Honkai: Star Rail had exceeded 150 million total downloads across all platforms. It also listed PC, iOS, Android, Epic Games Store, and PS5 availability at that time. Those are historical figures and platform details from the announcement, not a current download count or a guarantee that the list remains complete. The 2025 announcement provides that context.
