You are looking for a console performance mode
The Nintendo and Xbox listings do not document a quality/performance toggle, frame-rate cap or resolution selector. Do not assume one exists or that TV, tabletop, handheld, Xbox Series X or Xbox Series S has a published advantage. Use only options shown on your platform after installation.
