Community discussions say the V2 is not a real sword, but no official developer confirmation was found, so treat that as the prevailing community answer rather than an official ruling.
Is Rengoku V2 real in Blox Fruits?
Community replies to players asking about Rengoku V2 say it does not exist in Blox Fruits; another discussion describes it as a concept, not an in-game weapon. See the community discussion and separate thread. These are player discussions, not official confirmation from the developers.

That means there is no verified Blox Fruits V2 unlock route, upgrade step, or purchase to follow. The available evidence does not establish an official status, so check the current in-game item list or developer announcements if you need confirmation beyond the community answer.
Could you mean Rengoku in another game?
The name is ambiguous. A RELLGames video uses “Rengoku 2.0” in a Shindo Life context, which is a different game and not a Blox Fruits sword upgrade. Do not apply a Shindo Life guide to Blox Fruits. Watch the Shindo Life video.

- SURPRISE PLUSH 10 CM – Find out which Blox Fruits character touched you when you open it.
- DLC CODES: Includes a code that you can redeem within the video game. You have a chance to get a rare DLC (odds 7:8) or a premium DLC (odds of 1:8).
- NEW SERIES 3 – New designs from previous series to expand the collection.
- Keyring size – ideal for backpack, pencil case or as a decorative pendant.
- SOFT & HUGGABLE - Quality fabric ideal for fans and collectors.
Before following any guide, confirm both the game and the exact item label. The word “Rengoku” alone is not enough to identify the relevant unlock instructions.
What about getting the base Rengoku sword?
A Blox Fruits community post describes obtaining the base Rengoku with an in-game key and chest, but that account was not independently verified and does not provide a reliable, current walkthrough. It also does not establish a V2 or a way to upgrade the sword. Read the player post.
