You can also earn it as the reward for your 25th Rattay Tourney win or steal it from a chest at the Epilogue camp. The similarly named sword in Kingdom Come: Deliverance II is a different weapon with a separate crafting route.
First, make sure you have the right game
The original Kingdom Come: Deliverance has St. George’s Sword as a longsword. In Kingdom Come: Deliverance II, the namesake is a craftable short sword associated with the Legacy of the Forge DLC. The instructions below cover the original game unless a section says otherwise.
Ways to get St. George’s Sword in the original game

Because those location details come from community references and precise chest directions are not established here, use the map itself to guide your search rather than relying on an unverified coordinate or lock-level claim.
Rattay Tourney: the repeat-win route
Choose the tourney if you would rather earn the weapon through competition than search for treasure. The reward table identifies St. George’s Sword as the prize for the 25th win. No exact interval between tournaments is established here, so plan around the game’s schedule rather than assuming a fixed wait time.

Epilogue camp: a late-story opportunity
The item reference also lists a chest at the camp where Henry arrives during the Epilogue. This makes the chest an option for players who reach that part of the story; it is not a route to pursue early. A precise chest walkthrough is not established, so check the camp carefully rather than assuming a specific chest location.
Is the Hans Capon theft method still dependable?
No. The item reference describes an older-version opportunity during “Next to Godliness”: Hans Capon once wielded the sword, and players could steal it from a bathhouse chest when his inventory was left there. The same reference says he now uses a Merchant’s sword. Treat the theft method as historical and version-dependent, not as a reliable current route.

If you meant Kingdom Come: Deliverance II
The sequel’s St. George’s Sword is a separate craftable short sword, not the original game’s longsword or a Treasure Map VII reward. Its listed minimum Strength and Agility are 12 and 14. Its sketch is associated with the Legacy of the Forge activities “In the Service of the Guild” and “Sinners of Kuttenberg.” The listed crafting materials are coloured gold, enamel powder, Toledo steel, exotic wood, rock pitch, a straight sword guard and a decorated sword pommel. Plaion identifies Legacy of the Forge as Kingdom Come: Deliverance II DLC; the crafting details do not apply to the original game.
