Supercell describes this as being “kicked out,” not as an account ban. A separate 24-hour wait applies if the Clan denies your join request: you cannot send another request to that Clan during that period.
What the 24-hour Clan restriction means
Supercell Support says a player kicked from a Clan cannot rejoin it for 24 hours. The cooldown applies to that same Clan; it is not a suspension from Clash of Clans or a ban from every Clan.

If your request to join a Clan is denied, Supercell says you must also wait 24 hours before sending another request to that Clan. The two situations are separate: one follows a kick, and the other follows a rejected request.
Clan kick or account ban: what’s the difference?
| Situation | What happens |
|---|---|
| Kicked from a Clan | You cannot rejoin that same Clan for 24 hours, according to Supercell Support’s Clan guidance. |
| Join request denied | You must wait 24 hours before sending another request to that Clan, according to Supercell Support’s Clan guidance. |
| Account banned by Supercell | A separate penalty affecting the game account. Supercell says duration depends mainly on the offence; its examples include a few days, 7 days, 31 days, or permanent for extreme offences. See Supercell’s account-ban guidance. |
The account-ban examples do not determine how long you must wait to rejoin a Clan. A Clan kick is a membership decision; an account ban is imposed by Supercell and can prevent access to the game.

Who can kick you from a Clan?
Clan members with higher roles can remove members with lower roles. Supercell’s Clan role guidance sets out these permissions:
- Elders can kick Members.
- Co-leaders can kick Members and Elders.
- Leaders can kick anyone in the Clan.
What to do after a kick
- Wait 24 hours from the kick before trying to rejoin that same Clan.
- Contact the Clan’s leadership if you want to return. Clans manage their own membership, so the end of the cooldown does not guarantee that the Clan will accept you.
- Check whether the issue is actually an account ban. If you cannot access the game, consult Supercell’s account-ban guidance rather than treating the Clan rejoin cooldown as the cause.
Supercell says Clan membership is self-regulated: kicking someone without giving a reason is not against its rules, and Support cannot restore a player to a Clan after a kick. The Clan’s leaders decide whether to let you back in once the waiting period has passed.
