Start at Ubisoft Help: choose the topic that matches your problem and follow its online contact options if the available guidance does not resolve it. For a technical issue with a game, Ubisoft directs players to its Technical Support site. Discord and X can help with in-game questions or updates, but Ubisoft says those channels cannot handle account-related support.
Which Ubisoft support channel should you use?
Pick the route based on what you need help with. Ubisoft Help separates account matters, technical support, purchases and subscriptions, player reports and sanctions, and mobile-game questions.

How to contact Ubisoft through Help
- Open Ubisoft Help.
- Select the category that fits the issue, such as Account, Purchases and Subscriptions, or Player Reporting and Sanctions.
- Search the relevant topic and review the troubleshooting or information page.
- If the page does not solve the problem, use the Contact us option in that issue flow and provide the details it requests.
Ubisoft does not publish one universal request checklist in the reviewed Help material. Follow the prompts for your specific case rather than sending sensitive information through public social channels.
Account and email-access problems
For account access, email changes, security concerns, or recovery, stay in Ubisoft Help’s account flow. If the issue is that a Ubisoft email is missing, first check the mailbox connected to the account, including spam, junk, and promotional folders. Ubisoft advises allowing these official sender addresses: [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected]. See Ubisoft’s email-delivery guidance.

If you cannot access the linked mailbox or suspect someone else has access to the account, follow the account-recovery guidance in Help. Ubisoft specifically warns that account-related support is not available on its public Discord and X support channels.

Do not assume a contact detail printed in store terms is a worldwide Ubisoft support line. The United States Store Terms of Sale list [email protected] and a form for questions about orders or those terms. That information is specific to the U.S. store and its stated scope; for another country or a non-store issue, check the local store terms or the relevant Ubisoft Help page.
