There isn’t one universal “Valhalla” code-redeeming method. If you mean Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, first check what the code is for: a Ubisoft Store promo code is applied in the Store checkout, while a Ubisoft Connect reward is claimed through the game’s Rewards menu if that game supports it. Those paths are not interchangeable. The steps below are specific to Assassin’s Creed Valhalla where noted; they may not apply to Valhalla Survival or another game with Valhalla in its name.
Where do you enter a Valhalla code?
Check the code’s issuer and purpose before entering it. A discount for a Ubisoft Store purchase belongs in the Store cart. A Ubisoft Connect reward, when supported by the game, is claimed from the game’s Ubisoft Connect Rewards area. A platform or product code may have its own redemption instructions from the platform or code issuer; the available official guidance does not establish one universal entry path for every Assassin’s Creed Valhalla code.
- Ubisoft Store discount: apply it to an eligible purchase in the Ubisoft Store cart.
- Ubisoft Connect reward: claim it in the game’s Rewards interface if available.
- Other code: follow the instructions from the platform or issuer that provided it.
How to apply a Ubisoft Store promo code
- Select the product you want and add it to your Ubisoft Store cart.
- In the cart summary, choose “Add a promo code or creator code.”
- Enter the code and apply it. Check the cart to confirm that the discount appears before completing the purchase.
Ubisoft’s Store FAQ says, “You can only use one Ubisoft discount code per purchase.” Eligibility and checkout wording may vary by territory, so check the current Store page for the region where you are buying. How to claim a Ubisoft Connect reward on console
Ubisoft’s instructions apply to supported games. They do not confirm that every code associated with Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is redeemed through Connect.

- Select Rewards.
- Choose the reward you want and select Get it.
- Launch the game again; Ubisoft says unlocked rewards will be available in-game the next time you launch it.

Where to find content in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla
Claiming or acquiring content and finding it in the game are separate steps. Ubisoft Help says most in-game content becomes available after you complete the “Family Matters” quest and speak to Gunnar in Ravensthorpe. Once available, look in the appropriate location:

What to check if a code or reward does not appear
- For a Store discount: confirm you entered it in the cart, not in the game’s Inventory, and check the checkout terms for your region.
- For a Connect reward: look for the Rewards tab in the game’s Ubisoft Connect area. Its absence may mean the game does not support that feature.
- For acquired Valhalla content: check the location and progression requirements above, and confirm the relevant content is installed.
- For a platform or issuer code: verify the account, platform, region, and expiry details with the code issuer or platform support. The official guidance cited here does not establish a single remedy for account mismatch, expiry, or region restrictions.
Are there current Valhalla codes?
The official sources cited here do not establish a current Assassin’s Creed Valhalla-specific redemption URL, one exact code-entry sequence for every platform, or a list of currently valid codes. A video or community post about another game called Valhalla—or an unverified code list—does not establish that a code is official or still works. Use the instructions from the code’s issuer and confirm which game it names before trying to redeem it.
