What is the “secret island” in Prodigy?
Official Prodigy support calls the area Harmony Island. “Secret Island” is a name used in nonofficial material, rather than the name in the current support notice.
Why can’t you access Harmony Island?
Prodigy Education’s Battling in Prodigy Math article, updated July 21, 2026, lists Harmony Island among the areas disabled following changes to the battle system. The company says, “We will provide updates if and when any of these come back online.” It does not announce a return date or describe a player action that can restore access.
Does reaching level 20 unlock the island?
Do not rely on the level-20 answer as a way to get in now. A third-party article published November 16, 2024, says the island unlocks at level 20, but that older claim is not current official guidance and conflicts with Prodigy’s newer notice that Harmony Island is disabled. The official support page does not state that reaching a particular level unlocks it.

How do you start playing Prodigy?
If you need to launch the game, Prodigy’s official login instructions, updated July 22, 2026, direct players to play.prodigygame.com, log in, and select a game. These steps provide access to Prodigy generally; they do not unlock Harmony Island while it is disabled.

Check Prodigy Education’s official support information for an announcement that Harmony Island is back online. Until the company updates its status, there is no confirmed unlock method or restoration date.
