Is Keon Coleman playing?
The Buffalo Bills’ latest listed injury report has Coleman, a wide receiver with an ankle injury, as questionable. He did not participate in Wednesday practice and was limited on Thursday and Friday. The Bills define questionable as “Player is not certain to play.” Buffalo Bills injury report

Should you start Coleman if he is active?
There is no evidence here for a precise projected score or a guaranteed workload. If Coleman is active, compare him with the healthy alternatives you can actually start, taking into account your league’s scoring, roster format, and depth. He is a more defensible option when alternatives are limited than as a must-start when you have a dependable choice.

His listed role is useful context, not a workload promise
Ourlads’ depth chart, updated October 3, 2026 at 6:54 p.m. ET, lists Coleman first at left receiver and Joshua Palmer second. DJ Moore is listed first at right receiver, with Skyler Bell behind him; Khalil Shakir is first in the slot, with Greg Dortch second. Josh Allen is listed at quarterback. Those depth-chart positions do not establish snap counts, targets, or a fantasy projection. Moore is also listed as limited in the NFL Week 4 injury report, so do not assume his status settles Coleman’s role.

A quick lineup check before kickoff
- Look for Coleman’s final active/inactive status shortly before kickoff; questionable does not confirm either outcome.
- If inactive, remove him and use a healthy roster or waiver option.
