A completed Major Order does not automatically mean every player receives its reward. Arrowhead’s current guidance says eligibility for several named campaign items depended on logging in during a specified window, while the Command Center checkmark only reflects community success. Check the campaign’s eligibility dates, then look for the reward in the right place.
Why a completed Major Order may not give you its reward
There are two separate questions: did the community complete the objective, and did your account qualify for the reward? Arrowhead Game Studios says the Command Center terminal displays the same information for everyone and shows community success; it does not show your personal eligibility or contribution. A checkmark there is therefore not proof that your account received an item. Arrowhead’s campaign-reward support article, updated October 6, 2026, documents login-window requirements for several recent campaigns.
For those named rewards, the support article says players who did not log in during the listed period did not receive the item. It does not establish that every past or future Major Order uses the same rule, so check the specific campaign rather than assuming one universal eligibility policy.
Check the login window for the specific campaign
Arrowhead’s support article lists these recent campaign reward windows. Where the article provides exact times, they are shown in UTC; the other entries are presented as date ranges without an asserted time boundary.

The same support article says players who missed the Supply FRV window may be able to acquire it again sometime in October 2026. That is a possible return, not a guaranteed date; the article does not promise when the other listed items will return.
Where to look for a reward
Stratagem rewards
Do not look only in Ship Management. Arrowhead says stratagem rewards appear when selecting a mission loadout, not in Ship Management. Requisitions, by contrast, are used to unlock Stratagems through Ship Management. Arrowhead’s currency guide distinguishes these functions.

War Medals and Warbond items
War Medals are a currency, not a piece of campaign equipment. Arrowhead says they can be found through gameplay or awarded for completing objectives, and are spent to unlock Warbond content. Warbonds include items such as armor, weapons, capes, emotes, and player cards. The standard Helldivers Mobilize Warbond is available to all players from enlistment, and players can progress through Warbonds at their own pace. See the currency guide and Arrowhead’s Warbonds guide.
Tell War Medals apart from other currencies
If you are checking a balance or trying to understand what a reward unlocks, these currencies serve different purposes:

- Requisitions: awarded for objectives, missions, and operations; used to unlock Stratagems through Ship Management.
- Samples: collected during play and used for Stratagem upgrades.
These distinctions are described in Arrowhead’s official currency guide. A War Medal balance is separate from whether a specific campaign equipment reward was granted.
What to do if the reward is still missing
- Identify the campaign and the exact reward, then check Arrowhead’s campaign-reward support entry for its listed login period.
- Compare that window with when you logged in. Do not use the Command Center completion mark as evidence of your personal eligibility.
- If the missing item is a stratagem, inspect the mission loadout selection rather than relying on Ship Management.
- If you missed the listed period, Arrowhead says support will not grant the item on request. The item may become available again later, but a return date may not be known.
- If the issue is a War Medal total or payout timing, avoid treating old community reports as current official policy. The official pages cited here do not specify a universal medal payout delay or a current medal cap.
What is—and is not—confirmed about payout timing
Arrowhead’s reviewed support pages explain eligibility for named campaign rewards and how the currencies work, but they do not set one universal wait time for all War Medal payouts or state a current medal cap. Older community posts mentioning delayed medal distributions or a 250-medal cap do not establish current official behavior.

A June 7, 2026 PC Gamer report described Arrowhead’s plans to develop Major Orders into longer galactic-war campaigns lasting one to three weeks, with rewards intended to include more than medals. That report records plans at the time; it does not confirm that every planned change or reward system was implemented by October. For the named 2026 campaign items above, Arrowhead’s October 6 support guidance is the more direct reference.
