Ubisoft confirmed 56 colored Black Ice weapon skins for Year 11 Season 1 (Y11S1): 14 weapons in four colors. That is a dated seasonal count, not a confirmed all-time total for classic and colored Black Ice.
What does the official count of 56 include?
Ubisoft’s March 2, 2026 Y11S1 Black Ice Packs announcement described a new collection of colored Black Ice variants. It listed 14 eligible weapons and four colors—Pink, Red, Purple, and Green—giving 14 × 4 = 56 distinct weapon-skin entries.

The total is 56 weapon skins—not 56 packs and not 56 items in every player’s inventory.
Why isn’t 56 the total for every Black Ice skin?
“Black Ice” can mean the original, classic weapon-skin pattern or the newer colored variants introduced in Y11S1. Ubisoft’s original Operation Black Ice season page described the classic Black Ice as a weapon skin and said it could be applied to all weapons in the arsenal during Season One. That is historical launch context; it does not establish that every weapon currently has the classic skin.

Ubisoft also said of the Y11S1 collection, “And this is only the beginning. The pool of items will increase throughout the year.” The announcement does not give a later cumulative count. So the 56 figure cannot be used as the all-time total, and the official sources available here do not establish how many classic and colored entries existed together on October 8, 2026.
What is included in the Y11S1 pack odds?
Ubisoft published these color chances for the Y11S1 Black Ice Packs. The odds are specific to that season’s collection and should not be treated as current odds for later seasons.

Within each color, Ubisoft said every weapon skin had an equal chance. The stated Y11S1 odds therefore describe the chance of a color and an item within that color, not a promise that a player will receive a particular skin.
How were the Y11S1 colored skins obtained?
For Y11S1, Ubisoft said two Black Ice Packs would be available exclusively as premium Battle Pass rewards. Each pack granted one colored weapon-skin variant from that season’s collection. This describes the announced Y11S1 route only; it does not confirm how or whether those items can be obtained in later seasons.

How does Ubisoft classify classic and colored Black Ice?
In its Y11S1 rarity update, Ubisoft listed standard Black Ice as an Epic example and Colored Black Ice as a Legendary example. Ubisoft said the refreshed rarity framework applied to new content moving forward and retroactively updated rarity labels in player lockers; it also noted that its guidelines could evolve. These labels are therefore tied to that Y11S1 update, rather than a timeless classification.
