Xenoblade Chronicles 3 has seven chapters in its base-game main story, from “Ouroboros” to “Time Moves Again.” The Expansion Pass adds a separate story scenario, Future Redeemed, which is not part of that seven-chapter count.
All seven Xenoblade Chronicles 3 chapters, in order
- Chapter 1: Ouroboros
- Chapter 2: Moebius
- Chapter 3: Saffronias
- Chapter 4: Life
- Chapter 5: Eclipse
- Chapter 6: Choices
- Chapter 7: Time Moves Again
The chapter names and order are listed by Gameranx; Game8’s chapter guide also confirms the seven-chapter total.
Does Future Redeemed count as an eighth chapter?
No. Nintendo describes Future Redeemed as an additional story scenario included with the Expansion Pass, separate from the base game’s main story. It is additional story content, not an eighth chapter in the seven-chapter count. See Nintendo’s Expansion Pass page and the official Xenoblade Chronicles 3 page.
