If you are installing the PC version, use Steam’s current listing as the practical space requirement. For console installation, Activision’s about-108-GB guidance is a useful launch-era reference, but check the live store or console prompt for the current requirement.
Why do different GB figures appear?
Free space is not the same as installed size
A free-space requirement tells you how much room to keep available for downloading, installing, or accommodating content; it does not say that the finished game will occupy exactly that amount. Activision’s PC recommendation explicitly concerned space for post-launch content, and Steam likewise labels 175 GB as available storage.

The day-one update is only part of the installation
Activision’s launch-era guidance described a roughly 47 GB day-one update for PS4 disc installations. That is the update figure, not the size of the complete game.
Platform and installed content affect the result
The available figures do not establish one current installed-size number that applies to every platform, update state, or content selection. For a PS4 copy used on PS5, PlayStation’s US listing identifies it as a PS4 release playable on PS5 and notes that some PS4 features may be absent; it does not supply a universal current installed-size figure.

How to use the number when planning storage
- Before downloading on PC, allow 175 GB available as stated on Steam’s listing.
- For console, treat Activision’s about-108-GB instruction as historical installation guidance, then confirm the current space shown by your platform.
- Do not add the roughly 47 GB PS4 day-one update to another number as if it were the whole game; it describes one update in one launch-era installation scenario.
- If you need a precise current occupied size, check the installed game’s storage details on your own platform after installation and updates.
