The original Among Us supports 4–15 players in one game, whether playing online or via local Wi-Fi, according to developer Innersloth. Among Us 3D is a separate game with a different limit: 4–10 players.
How many players can join the original Among Us?
Innersloth lists the original Among Us as supporting 4–15 players online or via local Wi-Fi. That means a game needs at least four players and can include up to fifteen. The official overview does not spell out which platforms support each local-play arrangement.

Innersloth’s game overview gives the current player range. Its press kit also lists online games for 4–15 players.
Can you play Among Us with 15 people?
Yes. Fifteen is the maximum lobby size for the original game, not a recommended group size. Innersloth’s sources state the supported range but do not identify an ideal number of players.

In a June 16, 2021 announcement, Innersloth said 15-player lobbies were available as part of an update. The current official game page continues to list 15 as the upper limit.
Does Among Us 3D have the same player limit?
No. Innersloth lists Among Us 3D for 4–10 players and says it is not compatible with the original game. Players need to be in the same version to play together; a 3D lobby cannot be joined from the original game.
