Can you have multiple relationships in one playthrough?
Yes. In Persona 5 Royal, you can pursue all ten romance options in the same playthrough. A romance opportunity becomes available after you reach a sufficiently high Confidant rank. Dating multiple characters has a later consequence, and you cannot break up during that playthrough.
