You can redeem a Roblox digital-card reward when it is listed for your account, you have enough Rewards points, and you pass the required checks. However, offer terms, regional availability, inventory, account restrictions, verification controls, and time-period limits can affect whether another redemption is allowed.
Microsoft separately states that no more than 550,000 Microsoft Rewards points may be redeemed per calendar year. That is a points ceiling—not a fixed number of Roblox transactions or a Robux limit.

Is there a fixed Robux redemption limit?
No publicly documented Microsoft rule says that every account may redeem Robux a specific number of times per day, month, or year. Claims such as “three times,” “once per day,” or “five times per month” should not be treated as Microsoft-wide rules unless the live offer displayed in your Rewards account explicitly states one.
The number of successful redemptions can differ because Microsoft Rewards catalogs and restrictions may vary by country, account, reward denomination, inventory, and current offer terms. Microsoft’s official Roblox Rewards page describes converting Rewards points into a Roblox digital card, but it does not publish a universal per-user redemption count.

Therefore, the practical answer is: redeem it whenever the Roblox reward is visible and available to your account, provided you meet the displayed requirements. This does not mean redemptions are unlimited or guaranteed to remain available.
The documented Microsoft Rewards limit: 550,000 points per calendar year
Microsoft’s Services Agreement says that users may redeem no more than 550,000 Microsoft Rewards points during a calendar year.
This limit applies to the points you redeem through Microsoft Rewards generally. It is not equivalent to 550,000 Robux, and it does not establish a particular number of Roblox cards. The number of Roblox redemptions possible before reaching that ceiling depends on the current point cost and denomination of the Roblox reward in your market.

Four different limits can affect a Roblox redemption
1. The annual points ceiling
The 550,000-point calendar-year maximum is the clearest numerical program-wide limit in Microsoft’s published terms. It measures Rewards points redeemed, not the number of Roblox transactions.
2. Reward inventory and catalog availability
A Roblox reward may disappear because it is temporarily unavailable, has limited inventory, or has changed in the catalog. Microsoft’s terms allow rewards to be limited and indicate that availability may be first-come, first-served.
A missing reward is not conclusive proof that you have reached a personal Robux maximum. Microsoft’s support documentation says rewards vary by country and that some gift cards are not always available. Microsoft also says support cannot provide a timetable for when a particular gift card will be restocked or removed.
3. Account, household, and time-period restrictions
Microsoft’s terms reserve the right to limit the quantity of points or rewards redeemed by a person, household, day, or another period. The general terms do not give a Roblox-specific number for those restrictions.

If the checkout screen shows a quantity limit or other special condition, that live offer language controls your transaction. A previous successful redemption does not prove that the same account has a permanent daily or monthly allowance.
4. Verification and security controls
A failed redemption may have nothing to do with a Robux quota. Microsoft may require phone or QR verification and can block or delay a transaction when its security systems detect unusual activity.
Microsoft lists issues including too many unsuccessful verification attempts, VoIP numbers, a phone number associated with too many Rewards accounts, redeeming while traveling, VPN or location masking, and regional mismatches. After too many failed verification attempts, Microsoft says you may need to wait 48 hours before trying again.

- An Epic Games account is required to redeem an Epic Games Store Card code
- If playing on a console platform (PlayStation Network, Xbox Live, Nintendo Switch or Mobile) you need to link your Epic Games account to that gaming platform (one time) to redeem your gift card code
- The 16 digit code on the back of the card WILL NOT work if redeemed directly through your gaming platform (PlayStation Network, Xbox Live, Nintendo Switch, Mobile, etc.)
- Note: Nintendo devices do not support Fortnite Shared Wallet, so V-Bucks purchased using your account balance will not show up on your Nintendo device. However, if you purchase items in the web Item Shop — or another platform where you play Fortnite — those items will be available in your Locker across all platforms.

How to check whether you can redeem another Roblox reward
- Sign in to the correct Microsoft account. Use the account that holds your Rewards points and previously received the reward, if applicable.
- Open the Microsoft Rewards dashboard or redemption page.
- Search the live catalog for “Roblox,” “Roblox digital card,” or “Robux.” The exact name, denomination, and point cost can vary by market.
- Read the offer details. Check whether the reward is available, whether a quantity restriction is shown, and whether any special conditions apply.
- Confirm your point balance. Having enough points is necessary but does not guarantee that the reward is in stock or that verification will succeed.
- Complete the requested verification. Follow the phone, QR, or other instructions shown by Microsoft.
- Retrieve the delivery details. Open the order history or delivery email and follow the instructions supplied with the Roblox digital card or code.
- Use the card through the Roblox instructions provided. Do not assume every Microsoft Rewards listing delivers Robux directly; the official pathway is described as a Roblox digital card or related reward.
Microsoft advises redeeming in the same region in which you signed up. The Microsoft Rewards redemption guide is the best place to check current account and verification requirements.
What to do when the Roblox reward disappears or redemption fails
| What you see | Likely explanation | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| The Roblox reward is missing | Regional catalog differences, temporary unavailability, stock limits, or a catalog change | Check the live catalog again later, confirm your account region, and do not assume you have been banned. |
| You have enough points but cannot start checkout | The offer may be unavailable to your account, out of stock, or subject to a displayed quantity restriction | Read the current offer details and check whether another supported denomination is listed. |
| Phone verification is rejected | Incorrect information, an unsupported VoIP number, or a security restriction | Use an eligible mobile or landline number and enter the code carefully. |
| You are temporarily blocked after failed attempts | Too many unsuccessful verification attempts | Stop retrying and wait 48 hours before attempting verification again. |
| You see a travel or region-related error | Your current location does not match the Rewards account region, or a VPN/proxy is being used | Redeem from the account’s home region and disable VPNs or other location-masking services. |
| The reward is unavailable in your country | Rewards catalogs differ by market | There may be no Roblox offer in that market. Microsoft does not promise a restock date. |
Avoid repeatedly submitting failed redemptions. Repeated attempts can trigger additional security checks, and a verification failure should not automatically be interpreted as proof that you have exhausted a Robux allowance.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. Can playing Roblox earn Microsoft Rewards points?
Playing Roblox itself does not automatically generate Microsoft Rewards points. In a Microsoft Q&A response, a Microsoft external staff moderator explained that there is no direct “play Roblox and earn Rewards points” feature; Roblox may instead be where you use points earned through qualifying Bing, Rewards dashboard, or supported Xbox activities.
That Q&A response is contextual guidance rather than the governing Rewards terms. Check the current Rewards dashboard for the activities and earning rules available to your account.

Can Microsoft or Xbox gift cards be used to buy Robux?
Possibly, but this is not a guaranteed substitute for a Roblox digital-card reward. A Microsoft Q&A response suggests that a Microsoft gift card may be usable for Roblox purchases through Roblox on Windows or Xbox. Whether that works depends on the country, device, account, checkout flow, taxes, pricing, and current Microsoft and Roblox policies.
Only choose this route after confirming that the Microsoft or Xbox balance can be applied to Roblox purchases in your market and on your intended platform. Do not assume that every Microsoft Rewards gift card can be converted into Robux or used in every Roblox checkout.
Can you bypass a limit with another account?
No. Microsoft’s Services Agreement says an individual may use only one Microsoft Rewards account, even if that person has multiple email addresses. Creating extra accounts, sharing accounts, farming phone numbers, changing regions, or using VPNs to evade catalog or redemption controls can put points and accounts at risk.
Recommended Free Tools
The household allowance for phone-number verification does not authorize one person to operate multiple Rewards accounts. Redeem only through the account that legitimately belongs to you and follow the region and identity requirements shown by Microsoft.
What happens to points you are saving?
Unused points are separate from the Roblox redemption limit, but they can expire. Microsoft says Rewards points expire after 12 consecutive months without earning or redeeming activity. If you are saving for a larger Roblox reward, maintain qualifying activity or redeem points before that inactivity period ends. See Microsoft’s guidance on earning Microsoft Rewards points and redeeming them for the current rules.
Final answer
There is no publicly stated universal number of Robux redemptions allowed for every Microsoft Rewards user. The Roblox reward can be redeemed again when it is currently listed for your account, available in your region, within any live offer restrictions, affordable with your points, and approved by Microsoft’s verification systems.
The firm program-wide figure to remember is 550,000 Rewards points redeemed per calendar year. That cap is shared across eligible Rewards redemptions and cannot be converted into a single guaranteed number of Roblox cards. Treat the live offer’s displayed terms and your account’s current catalog as the controlling information.
