It adds configurable controls for WooHoo-related gameplay, including a chance for pregnancy from ordinary WooHoo when Risky WooHoo is enabled. That is different from the base game’s separate Try for a Baby interaction.
What MC WooHoo changes
MC WooHoo is a separate, optional MCCC module with WooHoo and pregnancy-related settings. It does not replace the game’s ordinary WooHoo interaction; instead, it can change how that interaction works. The Sims Community’s MC Command Center guide describes a configurable Risky WooHoo percentage and a separate Try for Baby percentage.

With a risky pregnancy chance configured, ordinary WooHoo can lead to pregnancy. The chance is a setting, not a guarantee: a pregnancy may or may not result from any particular interaction. The guide also describes an option to account for fertility modifiers when calculating the risky chance. It does not establish a universal current default percentage, so check the options in your installed version rather than relying on a number from an older guide.
Ordinary WooHoo versus Try for a Baby
In the unmodded game, EA presents WooHoo and Try for a Baby as separate interactions. WooHoo is a physical-intimacy choice; Try for a Baby is the distinct interaction associated with an intentional pregnancy attempt. MC WooHoo can make ordinary WooHoo carry a pregnancy chance, while its Try for Baby Percent setting separately controls the success rate described by the mod guide.

|---|---|---|
| Ordinary WooHoo with Risky WooHoo enabled | A regular WooHoo interaction can carry a configurable pregnancy chance. | Risky WooHoo Percent; the guide also describes an option to factor in fertility modifiers. Current defaults are not established by the cited guide. |
| Try for a Baby | A separate base-game interaction intended as an attempt to conceive. | MC WooHoo’s separate Try for Baby Percent setting is described by the guide; no current default is established. |
EA’s WooHoo guide describes Try for a Baby as an interaction that can become available at compatible objects—including beds, showers, hot tubs, and rocketships—after the Sims have built enough relationship. Object availability varies; not every location supports WooHoo or Try for a Baby.

The Sims Community guide describes the computer as the general entry point for global MCCC options. Menu names can change between releases, so follow the labels shown by your installed version.

- Select a computer in the game and open MC Command Center.
- Look for the separate MC WooHoo module in the MCCC options.
- Open its WooHoo or pregnancy-related settings and review the available controls, including the risky chance if present.
Selecting an individual Sim also opens Sim-specific MCCC options, but the cited guide does not establish that every MC WooHoo control appears there.
Base-game compatibility still affects interactions
MC WooHoo’s pregnancy controls sit alongside The Sims 4’s own relationship, orientation, and pregnancy settings. EA explains that WooHoo can be initiated through a Sim’s More Choices > Romance > Physical Intimacy > WooHoo menu, or by selecting a compatible location and choosing the WooHoo interaction. A Sim’s WooHoo interests and romantic interests can affect compatibility, and EA recommends checking them if an interaction is rejected.

WooHoo does not always require a romantic relationship: EA says Sims can become WooHoo partners while remaining friends, and that this status ends if they become romantic partners. EA’s Create-a-Sim guidance also covers pregnancy capability, WooHoo interests, and romantic boundaries. The available documentation does not settle how every combination of those settings interacts with MC WooHoo or other installed mods, so do not assume a particular setting overrides all the others.
