Does Ellie stay 14 throughout the game?
The official synopsis establishes her age in the main-story premise, but it does not give a birthday or enough chronology to calculate her age at every point. The supported answer is 14; a more precise scene-by-scene age is not established by the listing.
What about Left Behind?
The Last of Us Part I includes Left Behind, which PlayStation describes as a prequel chapter exploring events involving Ellie and her best friend Riley. Because those scenes take place before the main story, the 14-year-old description should not automatically be applied to every flashback. The official listing does not specify Ellie’s separate age in each scene.
