Jirachi is classified as “One Only” in Pokémon Brick Bronze: it is a fixed, scripted encounter at the Pedestal of Dreams, not a random wild Pokémon with a published spawn rate. The wiki describes the opportunity as one-time, but provides no percentage for either encountering Jirachi or catching it once battle begins.
What “One Only” means for Jirachi
The Pokémon Brick Bronze Wiki uses “One Only” for special encounters that provide a single chance to battle a Pokémon. Its Rarity Scale gives Jirachi as an example. The wiki’s Common, Uncommon, Rare and Very Rare percentages describe its general categories for ordinary encounters; they are not Jirachi’s odds.
Those general categories are Common, over 40%; Uncommon, 21–40%; Rare, 6–20%; and Very Rare, 5% or less, according to the wiki. They should not be read as official developer statistics or applied to Jirachi.
Where and how the encounter is triggered
The wiki walkthrough places Jirachi at the Pedestal of Dreams in the Grove of Dreams. From behind the large tree, follow the vine-covered passage to the Wish Room, stand on the altar, and enter the wish phrase at night to start the battle. The phrase shown in the walkthrough is “I wish for (anything in 1 word).” Jirachi is listed at Level 25. See the Jirachi walkthrough and the Grove of Dreams page for the encounter description.

How difficult is it to catch?
The wiki describes catching Jirachi as difficult and advises saving before triggering the encounter. It recommends bringing Dusk Balls; the location page also advises turning off autosave. These are precautions for a one-time opportunity, not a guarantee that a particular number of balls will work.
The cited pages do not give a numerical catch rate. “One Only” describes the encounter structure, not the probability of success during the battle, so there is no supported percentage to give for either question.

How to prepare before entering the Wish Room
- Reach the Pedestal of Dreams in the Grove of Dreams and locate the Wish Room through the vine-covered passage behind the large tree.
- Save before starting the event; the wiki recommends doing so because it describes the encounter as a single catch opportunity.
- Visit at night, stand on the altar, and enter the listed wish phrase to trigger the Level 25 battle.
- Bring Dusk Balls if you plan to follow the wiki’s capture advice, but do not assume any particular number will be enough.
What the available documentation establishes
The encounter classification, location and instructions come from community-maintained Pokémon Brick Bronze Wiki pages, rather than official developer statistics. They document a scripted, one-time event but do not establish a Jirachi spawn percentage or a numerical capture probability.
