Version 4.6 is historical: HoYoverse announced it for April 24, 2024, and the official update details now establish what actually released. Those records confirm Arlecchino’s core concept and several associated equipment details, but they do not establish which earlier leak—or leaker—got them right. The distinction matters: matching the final game verifies the release facts, not a leak’s provenance or reliability.
What did the Arlecchino 4.6 leaks get right?
The official Version 4.6 update details identify Arlecchino as a five-star Pyro polearm character whose kit centers on Bond of Life and Blood-Debt Directives. They also confirm her signature polearm, Crimson Moon’s Semblance, and the Bond-of-Life-responsive Fragment of Harmonic Whimsy artifact set. These are confirmed release details, not proof that a particular leak predicted them first. HoYoverse’s Version 4.6 update details are the primary record.
Arlecchino’s confirmed kit
- Her attacks use Bond of Life. Her Elemental Skill applies Blood-Debt Directives, which can be absorbed to gain Bond of Life.
- Her Elemental Burst deals area-of-effect Pyro damage, clears the directives, resets the Skill cooldown, and heals her.
Her weapon and artifact set
- Crimson Moon’s Semblance: The five-star polearm’s Charged Attack hit grants Bond of Life equal to 25% of the wielder’s Max HP, with a 14-second trigger interval. While the wielder has Bond of Life, it grants a 12% damage bonus; it grants a further 24% bonus at the Bond-of-Life threshold specified in the update details.
- Fragment of Harmonic Whimsy: The two-piece effect increases ATK by 18%. The four-piece effect grants damage when the wearer’s Bond of Life value increases or decreases, stacking up to three times.
The update details also list Arlecchino’s Story Quest, “When the Hearth-Flame Goes Out.”
What was officially announced before Version 4.6 released?
On April 12, 2024, Zhenzhong Yi, HoYoverse Studio Technical Director, announced on PlayStation.Blog that Version 4.6 would arrive on April 24. The post said Arlecchino and Lyney would be available in the first half, followed by Wanderer and Baizhu in the second half, and that Crimson Moon’s Semblance would be available in the first half. It also described Arlecchino as a Pyro polearm character who uses Bond of Life.

This announcement provides a dated baseline for what HoYoverse had publicly confirmed by April 12. It does not reveal when an earlier leak circulated or who made it.

Not from the records available here. The official patch details and dated announcement confirm the final game and the public announcement timeline, but they do not preserve attributable, dated copies of the original leak claims, their revisions, or their sources. A later match between a rumor and the game cannot, on its own, show which leaker made the claim first, whether the claim changed during beta, or how accurate that person was overall.

For a fair comparison, assess each specific claim on four points:
- Specificity: Was the claim precise enough to check, such as naming Bond of Life, rather than broadly predicting a Pyro character?
- Timestamp: Is there a verifiable date showing the claim appeared before HoYoverse’s announcement?
- Attribution: Can the claim be tied to an identifiable original post or source, rather than an undated repost or rumor compilation?
- Survival to release: Did the detail remain in the final patch, or was it altered between beta and release?
Without those records, it is reasonable to say the confirmed character and equipment details align with the Version 4.6 release. It is not reasonable to rank individual leakers or attach an accuracy score. A community guide can offer build context, but it is not evidence of leak history or accuracy.
