That is the best-supported short answer—but it is an approximate character figure, not a verified measurement of the specific God of War III game model.
What height is given for Greek-era Kratos?
Guinness World Records lists Kratos as close to eight feet tall (2.438 m). Its entry credits Sony Santa Monica Studio and distinguishes that legacy portrayal from the later PlayStation 4-era version, whose height was revised.
God of War III belongs to the Greek-era games: Sony announced it as a 2010 PlayStation 3 release developed by Santa Monica Studio. PlayStation’s current catalog includes the game as God of War III Remastered.
Is eight feet the confirmed height of the God of War III model?
No source cited here establishes an exact technical measurement for the specific God of War III model. The Guinness figure is the clearest published reference for legacy Greek-era Kratos, so “about eight feet” is a reasonable answer to the question, but it should not be presented as a model-specific specification.

Why do other height figures appear?
Different figures refer to different contexts, and should not be combined into one definitive measurement. The Indian Express reports that early scripts listed 6 feet 6 inches, a studio developer gave 7 feet 6 inches for comic-book Kratos, and the game character was about 6 feet 4 inches. That secondary reporting does not verify the height of the God of War III model; script drafts, comics and game portrayals are not interchangeable sources.
For the specific question, use the qualified answer: legacy Greek-era Kratos is described as close to eight feet tall, while an exact measurement for his God of War III model is not established by the cited sources.
