If Roblox banned your account, use the appeal route in the moderation notice—either Violations & Appeals or the Roblox Support Form. If only one experience banned you, contact that experience’s creator instead. Roblox does not offer a sanctioned bypass, and an appeal does not guarantee the ban will be removed.
First, identify what kind of ban you have
A Roblox account moderation action and a creator-issued ban from a single experience are different cases. The notice and the scope of the restriction determine who can review it and where to appeal.

How to appeal Roblox account moderation
- Read the moderation notice. It identifies the appeal option available for that action. Follow that route rather than submitting the same case through multiple channels.
- Use Violations & Appeals if the notice offers it. Open the eligible violation, choose its appeal option, briefly explain why the action merits reevaluation, and check the appeal status there.
- Use the Support Form if the eligible violation is not listed. Submit the appeal through the Roblox Support Form. Include the account username and a brief, factual explanation.
- Submit as the account owner. Roblox says only the account owner may appeal. Use a valid email address associated with the account.
- Send one clear appeal within the deadline. Roblox’s appeal page states a general deadline of 30 days. It describes a six-month period for EU users to appeal an initial moderation action. Regional rights may differ, so follow the notice and applicable local terms.
Keep the appeal concise and specific: identify the moderation action and explain what you believe was misunderstood or applied incorrectly. Roblox says duplicate appeals after it has reviewed the same action will not be reviewed, so sending repeated requests is not a substitute for making a clear first appeal.

Contact the experience creator and explain why you believe the ban was incorrect. Roblox says users should appeal to creators directly; it does not handle appeals about custom experience rule violations. Creators may set rules for their experiences, but those rules must not conflict with Roblox’s Terms of Use or Community Standards and must be made accessible to users when creators choose to have them.

If you have an active subscription for that experience, note that Roblox says a ban lasting more than 14 days automatically cancels the experience subscription without a refund. Roblox explains custom experience rules and bans here.
Why trying to bypass the ban can make things worse
Roblox’s Terms of Use say the company may suspend or terminate alternate accounts a user creates or has created. Roblox also says modified versions of its app and software that changes how Roblox works violate its rules; use may lead to account action, including temporary suspension or a permanent ban if repeated. These policies do not establish a safe or approved workaround.

Avoid alternate accounts, modified clients, account sellers, and paid “unban” services. They do not replace the official review route and may put additional accounts or your access at risk. Roblox’s Appeals team may adjust a moderation decision, but submitting an appeal does not guarantee the consequence will be removed.

Roblox’s appeal guidance describes a six-month period for EU users to appeal an initial moderation action, as well as options for certified out-of-court dispute settlement and judicial redress under the Digital Services Act. The page also describes appeal rights for UK users whose content or accounts are actioned. These regional provisions do not change the basic need to use the appeal route in the notice; check the current terms and notice for the rules that apply to your location.
