To arrest Lady Elena in Dragon’s Dogma 2, finish the investigation in the Saint of the Slums quest, return to the Gracious Hand in Vernworth, and use Grab on her in the basement sickroom. On PlayStation, press R2; on Xbox, press RT. Grabbing her triggers the arrest and sends her to gaol.
Complete the Saint of the Slums investigation first
Arresting Elena is the quest’s concluding action, not its opening step. After she asks you to find Miasmite, speak with Lubomir and agree to investigate. Search the Gracious Hand basement for the Unlabeled Medicine and Records of Treatment, then report what you find to Lubomir. GamesRadar’s quest walkthrough lays out this evidence sequence.

Continue by speaking with former patients, including Bruno, and witnessing Elena’s nighttime meeting. Take the Unlabeled Medicine to Radcliff in Checkpoint Rest Town for examination; the walkthrough reports that he identifies it as poison. Find Elena and use Grab
- Return to the Gracious Hand in Vernworth after completing the investigation.
- Go down to the basement sickroom and locate Elena. Lubomir may also have moved to the basement as the quest progresses.
- Approach Elena and use Grab: press R2 on PlayStation or RT on Xbox. The action subdues her and triggers the arrest, transferring her to gaol.
Prima Games describes grabbing Elena as the arrest trigger; the other walkthroughs likewise direct players to apprehend her in the basement. The sources do not verify PC keyboard-and-mouse bindings.

If Elena is not in the sickroom
Her exact position can depend on quest state. Check the basement corridor and use the quest marker if she is not immediately by the patient-room door. Do not wait for a guard to arrest her: the guides describe using Grab yourself to initiate the arrest.
Capcom’s Dragon’s Dogma 2 web manual notes generally that some quests progress as time passes, even when the Arisen is not involved. It does not specify an Elena-specific deadline, so it does not establish that her arrest step is timed.
