Phase 1: Find Muppy Doo in the arena

Keep moving and clear the minions he sends into the room. Removing them makes it easier to spot the boss.

Circle the arena’s edge and scan the floor for tiny footsteps. Muppy Doo shrinks, so looking for his full-sized body is unreliable.

Fire and use weapon abilities when he becomes visible. Continue clearing adds and watching for his tracks until the arena phase ends. Insider Gaming reports that collecting the Fanny Pack starts the next phase.

Phase 2: Follow him through the menus

When the message “Foreign Intruder Detected. Systems Menu Compromised” appears, pause and select Inventory to start the pursuit.

Watch for a menu label that shakes; listen for an audio cue as well. Select the moving label, then attack Muppy Doo when he appears on the next screen.

Phase 3: Complete the settings interaction and minigames

When the settings interaction appears, drag the slider down and then back up to knock Muppy Doo away, as described in the walkthrough.

When he starts a factory reset, choose Confirm.

Advance through the Bible Adventures sequence and its sheep minigame until it ends. The walkthrough reports that the choices do not affect the outcome.

In the final Donkey Kong-style segment, use Knifey to stab Muppy Doo repeatedly until the sequence is over.
Xbox Wire confirms the encounter’s broad progression from menu pursuit to a system reboot, Bible Adventures, and a Knifey finale. The exact slider instructions and sequence details are walkthrough reporting, not developer-confirmed mechanics.

If pausing or the encounter goes wrong
Squanch Games lists two fixes specific to this fight in its release notes archive:

Patch 1, March 3, 2026, version 242708 (all platforms): “Fixed issue with pausing during Muppy Doo fight.”

Hotfix 3, March 13, 2026, version 243816 (all platforms): fixed an issue with Senator Muppy Doo getting stuck out of bounds during the boss fight.
These notes document fixes in those releases; they do not establish that every current build or platform is free of encounter bugs. If a phase stops responding or Muppy Doo disappears, check the game’s installed version and whether an update is available.
