Roblox Premium cancellation depends on where you bought it—not the device you are using now. Purchases made through Roblox are canceled in Settings → Subscriptions. iPhone and iPad purchases are managed through Apple, while Android purchases are managed through Google Play.
Important: Roblox says Premium stopped being available for new purchases on April 30, 2026. Existing subscribers may keep their memberships, but canceling may mean you cannot resubscribe later. See Roblox’s current Premium policy before confirming cancellation.

Check your Roblox subscription page, email receipts, and your bank or card statement. A receipt may identify Roblox, Apple, Google Play, Xsolla, Microsoft, or Amazon as the billing provider. If you use multiple Apple IDs or Google Accounts, check each one.

Cancel Premium on the Roblox website or desktop app
Use this route if the membership was purchased directly through Roblox.
- Sign in to the Roblox account that has Premium.
- Select the gear icon in the upper-right corner.
- Open Settings.
- Select Subscriptions.
- Choose the Premium membership.
- Select Cancel Renewal.
- Complete the confirmation prompts.
- Return to Settings → Subscriptions and confirm that the renewal is disabled or that an expiration date is shown.
The browser and Roblox desktop-app paths are effectively the same. Using a Windows or Mac computer does not automatically mean Microsoft or Apple controls the subscription; the original purchase channel does.

Cancel Premium on an iPhone or iPad
Use Apple’s subscription manager if Premium was purchased through the Roblox iOS app.

- Tap your name at the top to open your Apple Account.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select Roblox.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
- Confirm the cancellation.
Apple says that if there is no Cancel button, or an expiration message is displayed, the subscription is already canceled. If Roblox does not appear, check the email receipt to identify which Apple Account purchased it. Apple also provides subscription management through its subscription support page.

Cancel Premium on Android
Use Google Play if Premium was purchased through the Roblox Android app.
- Open the Google Play Store.
- Tap your profile icon.
- Select Payments & subscriptions.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select Roblox.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
- Follow the remaining confirmation steps.
Uninstalling Roblox does not cancel a Google Play subscription. If Roblox is missing, switch to every Google Account used on the device and check again. Google’s subscription guidance includes additional account troubleshooting.

Windows App Store and Amazon Appstore purchases
Roblox says Premium memberships purchased through the Windows App Store and Amazon Appstore are one-time, non-recurring memberships. They should end on the listed expiration date rather than renew automatically, so a cancellation button may not exist.
Check the expiration information in Roblox and, if necessary, the Microsoft or Amazon account used for the purchase. Roblox does not provide a separate cancellation walkthrough for these memberships equivalent to its Apple and Google instructions.

What happens after you cancel?
- Cancellation normally stops the next automatic renewal; it does not end Premium immediately.
- Roblox says Premium benefits continue through the period already paid for.
- The Roblox subscription page should show an expiration date or canceled-renewal status.
- Roblox’s Premium policy says memberships are non-refundable, so canceling normally does not refund the current term.
- Removing a payment card or deleting the Roblox app is not a substitute for cancellation.
Before confirming, consider the 2026 resubscription warning: Roblox says Premium is no longer available for new purchase and that users who cancel may not be able to subscribe again.
If there is no “Cancel Renewal” button
Work through these possibilities:
- It is already canceled. Look for an expiration date or canceled-renewal message.
- You are using the wrong Roblox account. Verify the username on the Premium receipt.
- It was bought through Apple or Google Play. Cancel it in the relevant store instead of Roblox.
- It is a Windows or Amazon purchase. Roblox describes these as non-recurring.
- You are checking the wrong store account. Switch between Apple IDs or Google Accounts and review receipts.
- The membership is in a temporary renewal state. Recheck the subscription page and retain evidence of the active membership.
If the subscription is still active but cannot be located, contact Roblox Support with the Roblox username, receipt, renewal date, and billing evidence. If you cannot access the Roblox account, Roblox recommends contacting support immediately; submit the request before the renewal date whenever possible.
Refunds and unauthorized charges
Ordinary cancellation is not the same as a refund. Roblox states that Premium memberships are non-refundable. If a charge was unauthorized, duplicated, or processed through a third-party store, the correct refund process may differ.

Roblox directs users to its unauthorized charges and refund guidance for payment-specific instructions. Apple, Microsoft, Amazon, PlayStation, Meta Quest, Samsung, and other provider-billed purchases may need to be handled directly by that provider. Roblox also warns users to contact support before disputing a charge, because a payment dispute can prevent Roblox from issuing a direct refund.
