To move an existing character, open the in-game shop, select Change Servers in the upper-right, choose an available server in the same region, then request the transfer. Your character must meet the level and cooldown requirements, and you’ll need to clear several account and character items first.
How to transfer your character

Open the in-game shop and click Change Servers in the upper-right. The official Server Transfers instructions describe this as the starting point.

Select a destination server shown in the list. Transfers are limited to servers in the same region, and the destination must be accepting transfers and have room under its character limit.

If you do not have a server-transfer ticket, select Purchase. The support instructions do not state a current price; check the shop for the price and whether a free transfer is available.

Select Request, then accept the confirmation prompt. The game logs you out. Log back in to complete the process.
Requirements to check before requesting

Level: The character must be level 10 or higher.

Cooldown: The character must not have transferred within the previous 30 days. The support page says the cooldown is based on the date of the last paid transfer.

Guild: Leave the character’s guild before starting.

Mail and restored items: Read all in-game mail, claim its attachments, and claim restored items.

Destination capacity: The selected server must have space under its character limit.

Which servers can you transfer to?
The official support page says, “You may only server transfer to other servers within the same region.” It does not publish a stable list of servers currently open to incoming transfers. Server openings and restrictions can change, so the destination list in the game is the practical check for current availability.
If a server you want is missing, confirm it is in your region and check whether incoming transfers are currently restricted. Population or other restrictions may temporarily prevent transfers. The official Server Consolidation announcement is one example of official server changes that can affect availability; it is not a current server-by-server availability list.

Other listed progress and settings: portrait, Guardians, Amitois, Lithograph Book and Codex progress, shop auto-add, crafting favorites, map pins, secret-dungeon progress, check-in progress, settings, quick slots, and chat settings.
The list does not establish that guild, social, or other unlisted server data transfers. In particular, you must leave your guild before you can request the transfer.

The destination server is not listed
Check that it is in the same region, then consider whether it is currently closed to incoming transfers or lacks character capacity. If a restriction is in effect, the server must become available before you can transfer to it.
The interface shows incorrect eligibility
The official Known Issues page, last updated April 23, 2026, documents a transfer-interface issue and says to refresh the transfer UI with the button in the bottom-left. It also notes a cross-region transfer failure; same-region transfers are unaffected. If refreshing does not resolve the issue, check the live page for updated guidance.
The purchase or transfer appears to fail
First check whether the character arrived on the destination server. The support instructions say to retry the purchase for payment issues. If the transfer completed but the character then has a problem, contact customer support and provide as much detail as possible.
Western service transition and transfer policy
In an announcement dated August 10, 2026, THRONE AND LIBERTY said Western live operations would transition to NC, with maintenance scheduled to begin November 10, 2026. The announcement says character data, items, currencies, progression, and entitlements will transfer intact. It also says NC will share a transfer policy and support plan for regional and realm transfers after the transition; that future policy is not specified in the announcement.
