There is no documented HoYoverse counter that shows your total Genshin Impact hours across every device. Check the launcher, console profile, or phone you played on; those records are platform-specific and may not add up to a complete lifetime total.
Check playtime by platform
Use the record for the device or launcher where you played. The available steps below come from platform support documentation; they do not all guarantee Genshin-specific tracking.

Epic Games Launcher on PC
- Open the Epic Games Launcher and select Library.
- For Genshin Impact, click the three dots beside the game and look for the You’ve Played field. Epic’s support page also says you can switch the Library to list view to see a Time Played column. Epic Games Support explains both views.
This is an Epic launcher record for games generally. It does not confirm that launches through another PC launcher or a direct HoYoPlay installation will be included.
PlayStation
- On your console, open your profile and select Games.
- Look for the Hours Played value beside Genshin Impact.
This route is described in Epic’s general PlayStation playtime instructions, which are written for Fortnite rather than Genshin. Menu presentation or availability may depend on your console and account.
Android
- Open Settings > Digital Wellbeing.
- Inspect the usage chart and select Genshin Impact’s app entry to view its screen time.
Google’s Digital Wellbeing instructions explain that the chart reports which apps were on screen and for how long. Steps can vary by device. This reflects usage recorded on that phone, not hours played on PC or console.
Xbox, iPhone/iPad, and direct HoYoPlay launches
HoYoverse confirms Genshin Impact cross-save support on Xbox, but the official sources cited here do not establish an Xbox menu for viewing hours. They also do not document an Apple Screen Time route specific to Genshin or a lifetime-hours counter in HoYoPlay. Avoid treating any of these as a confirmed complete account total.
Why cross-save does not give you a combined hour count
HoYoverse’s cross-save guidance lists PC, iOS, Android, PlayStation, and Xbox as supported platforms. Cross-save concerns game progress associated with your account; the documentation does not describe a shared playtime counter. HoYoverse’s account information likewise describes account and progress syncing, not a lifetime-hours dashboard.
If you have played on multiple platforms, check each platform’s own record. The official documentation cited here does not explain how to combine those values into an exact lifetime total. A number displayed by one launcher, console profile, or phone should be understood as that platform’s record, not your confirmed all-device total.

Keep account-link troubleshooting separate from playtime
If you need to check which login is linked to your game, HoYoverse’s account troubleshooting guidance points to Settings > Account > User Center. That is an account-linking check, not a playtime feature, and it will not reveal a cross-platform hours total. HoYoverse’s synchronization guidance covers supported cross-save platforms.
