To check whether Roblox has banned your account, sign in through the official Roblox website or app and read the message shown when access is denied or restricted. A Roblox moderation or termination notice indicates an account-level action. If you can use Roblox normally but one experience displays Error Code 600, you have been banned from that experience by its creator—not from Roblox as a whole.
Roblox does not direct players to a separate public ban-checking website. The moderation notice and the appeal route shown with it are the authoritative places to check.

Check for a Roblox account ban
- Open the official Roblox website or app.
- Try to sign in to the affected account.
- Read the complete message shown after login fails or access is restricted.
- Look for references to moderation, suspension, termination, a rule violation, duration, or an appeal option.
- Take a screenshot and record the date shown in the notice.
Roblox says users are notified when access to content or the platform is restricted, and the notification explains the available appeal method. Depending on the action, the notice may direct you to Violations & Appeals or the Roblox Support Form.
Do not assume that a particular button, screen layout, or wording will always appear. Roblox can change its interface. If the notice explicitly says termination or describes a permanent action, that is stronger evidence of a permanent account action than a generic login error. Do not infer permanence from being unable to log in alone.

Check whether only one Roblox game banned you
If you can log in, view your profile, use messages, and open other experiences, but one experience shows Error Code 600, Roblox says the experience creator banned you from that particular experience.
- Try opening a different Roblox experience.
- Check whether your profile, avatar, messages, and other Roblox features work.
- Read the reason included with the Error Code 600 message.
- Contact the experience’s creator or moderation team if you want the game-specific ban reviewed.
Roblox Support cannot remove a creator-issued experience ban or contact the creator for you. A creator also cannot provide Robux or monetary refunds for Roblox-platform purchases.

What Roblox restrictions can mean
“Banned” can describe several different outcomes. Roblox moderation may involve a warning, content removal, a temporary timeout, an account restriction, a temporary suspension, or permanent termination. The consequence can depend on the violation, its severity, and the account’s history.

A ban from one experience is separate from Roblox-wide account moderation. There is also no universal duration that applies to every suspension. If a time-limited consequence has already ended, an appeal may no longer be applicable.
The creator-side ban-history tools documented in the Roblox Creator Hub are for experience owners managing their own bans. They should not be treated as a general player-facing checker for Roblox account moderation.

Through Violations & Appeals
- Open the Violations & Appeals link in the Roblox notice.
- Select the relevant appeal option.
- Briefly explain why the decision should be reviewed.
- Submit the appeal and monitor its status where the system allows.
Through the Roblox Support Form
Include the affected Roblox username, the exact moderation message, the date the action appeared, and a concise explanation of why the decision should be reviewed. Use a valid email address associated with the account. Add a screenshot when appropriate, but do not include your password or authentication codes.

- For most users, submit an appeal within 30 days of the moderation action.
- Roblox says users in the European Union may appeal an initial moderation action for up to six months.
- Once Roblox has reviewed an account action, duplicate appeals for the same action will not be reviewed.
- An appeal is a request for review, not a guarantee that the consequence will be removed.
Only the account owner may generally submit an appeal, subject to Roblox’s parent or guardian rules. A friend cannot appeal for you. Roblox says it discusses an account’s moderation status with the account owner or, where applicable, the owner’s parent or guardian. See Roblox’s guidance on appeals for friends.
What to include in your appeal
A factual, short appeal is more useful than an angry or speculative message. You can adapt this format:

My username is [username]. On [date], I received [exact moderation message]. I believe this action should be reviewed because [specific explanation]. I understand Roblox’s rules and will comply with them. Please review the decision and let me know whether additional information is needed.
Do not threaten support staff, send repeated duplicate appeals, claim certainty about who reported you, or add irrelevant personal information. Never pay a third party promising to “unban” your account. Roblox’s official appeal and support channels do not require an outside service.

- Login details: Verify the username, password, and authentication information.
- Technical failure: Try the official website and app, another supported browser or device, and a reliable connection.
- Service outage: Check Roblox’s official status information before treating a widespread failure as moderation.
- Feature or account restriction: Age, region, parental-control, and feature settings can affect access without being a full account ban.
- Compromised account: Unexpected password, email, avatar, profile, or purchase changes may indicate unauthorized access.
For platform or gameplay problems, Roblox directs users to its Contact Us guidance and Status page. If you suspect someone accessed your account, secure it immediately and notify Roblox promptly, as required by the Roblox Terms of Use. A compromised account may have been used to cause the moderation action.
Information to collect before contacting Roblox
- Roblox username
- Approximate date and time the problem began
- Exact error code or moderation wording
- Screenshot of the message
- Device and platform used
- Whether the account works in another browser or on another device
- Whether other experiences open successfully
- Evidence of suspicious account activity
- Existing appeal or support ticket number
Roblox asks support users for information such as their username, device, help category, and a detailed description of the issue.
Do not use unofficial Roblox ban checkers
You do not need a third-party website to verify an account moderation action. Unofficial “ban checker” or “unban” services may request your password, authentication codes, cookies, or payment. Use only the message shown by Roblox and the official appeal or support links. Never share login credentials or security codes with anyone claiming they can restore the account.
