To check a score while playing Roblox, open the experience’s leaderboard in the upper-right corner. If it is hidden, open the hamburger menu and select Leaderboard. The score shown is set by that experience’s creator; it is not a universal total shared across Roblox games.

What Here, Friends, and Global mean
Roblox’s current PlayerList supports different ranking scopes. The ranking views are tied to the individual experience, not one Roblox-wide points total. Roblox Creator Hub describes them as follows:

The experience creator must set up persistent Friends and Global rankings. Roblox announced native Friends and Global leaderboards on August 26, 2026, and said in a September 16, 2026 update that the feature was fully released to all creators: Roblox’s leaderboard announcement. Availability of a particular ranking for players still depends on how the experience is configured.

Are Roblox Player Points still available?
“Player Points” can also mean the older points feature or leaderboard statistics that appeared on experience detail pages. Roblox announced on June 4, 2018, that it would retire leaderboard statistics displayed on those pages. That announcement said the Player Points API would continue functioning at that time, but it does not establish the API’s status or whether historical totals can be retrieved now: Roblox’s 2018 announcement.
Current Roblox Creator Hub documentation explains in-experience session and persistent rankings; it does not provide a method for retrieving a former profile-wide or game-page Player Points total. So if you mean an old accumulated total rather than a score in a game, the available official information does not confirm a current way to check it.

Why a game’s points are not a Roblox-wide total
An experience can create a leaderstats folder and place a points value in it for the PlayerList to display. That is a scoring system managed by the experience, not evidence of one account total that combines points across all Roblox games. Roblox’s Score points tutorial shows this experience-level setup.
