Check the platform account that bought Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds or its add-ons, then open that account’s game library or add-on page. Items marked owned, purchased, or included in an edition or Season Pass are your entitlements. Use the store catalog only to identify pack names; seeing a product for sale does not prove that your account owns it.
The reliable ownership check
Your entitlement is tied to the storefront account and platform used for the purchase. Start there rather than in the game’s menus, because the available official product pages do not establish a universal in-game ownership screen or a single cross-platform inventory.

- Identify the purchase account. Confirm which PlayStation Network, Xbox, Nintendo Account, Steam, or Epic Games Store account bought the base game or add-on. If several people use the console, switch to the purchaser’s profile before checking.
- Open the game’s library or add-on view. Find Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds in that account’s owned games and inspect the associated add-ons, downloadable content, or manage-installation area. Store wording varies by platform and region.
- Record every owned item. Include separately purchased packs, Season Passes, and content bundled with an edition. A pass may grant several packs without each pack appearing as a separate purchase.
- Compare names with the same platform’s catalog. Use the official listing for your platform and region to decode what a pass or edition contains. Catalog pages show products available in that market; they are not account-specific receipts.
- Launch the game on the same account. If the storefront shows ownership but a character, vehicle, or gear item is absent, treat that as an entitlement-delivery or installation problem and follow the troubleshooting branches below.
Do not infer ownership from a web search, another player’s library, a trailer, or a product page that displays a price. The account’s purchase and library records are the authoritative evidence.

SEGA’s product information lists Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds for PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2, and PC through Steam and the Epic Games Store. It also identifies a Nintendo Switch upgrade pack. The product information does not establish universal DLC or save ownership across those platforms, so check each platform account separately: SEGA Sammy product information (October 24, 2025).

Check DLC on each storefront
PlayStation 5 or PlayStation 4
Open the PlayStation account that made the purchase, locate Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds in the game library or its PlayStation Store game page, and open the page’s add-on or content section. Compare the account’s owned add-ons with the products shown there. The official page lists the Standard Edition, Digital Deluxe Edition, Season Pass, Season Pass Two, and individual crossover packs: PlayStation game and add-on listing.
- If you bought the original Digital Deluxe Edition, look for the edition entitlement and its included Season Pass and Sonic Prime Character Pack rather than expecting a separate receipt for every included item.
- If you bought the later Deluxe Edition, check for its Season Pass Two and SEGA bonus packs. The page presents editions and add-ons separately, so ownership of the base game alone is not evidence that either pass is owned.
- For a standalone pack, verify the exact pack name in the account’s add-on list. A similarly named item in the catalog may be a different edition, region, or pass.
The exact labels and layout can change with PlayStation Store updates. If the account’s transaction history and game add-on view disagree, use PlayStation’s account or purchase support for the region where the purchase was made.
Xbox Series X|S or Xbox One
Use the purchasing Microsoft account, open the game in the Xbox library or Store, and inspect its add-ons and edition details. Pay special attention to the two Digital Deluxe bundles, which have different included content.

Xbox specifically advises owners of the existing Digital Deluxe Edition to purchase only Season Pass Two if that is the content they need. Buying the Year Two Digital Deluxe bundle would include another base-game license. That warning applies to the Xbox listing; do not generalize its upgrade path to PlayStation, Nintendo, Steam, or Epic.
The Xbox add-on catalog also lists Blue Star Extreme Gear and crossover packs for Minecraft, SpongeBob SquarePants, PAC-MAN, Mega Man, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Confirm that the add-on is attached to the correct Microsoft account and region before assuming it is missing.

Nintendo Switch or Switch 2
On the Nintendo Account used for the purchase, open the game’s Nintendo eShop listing and its downloadable-content section, then review the account’s purchased or owned software list. Compare those entitlements with Nintendo’s catalog: Nintendo’s Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds DLC catalog.
The Nintendo listing includes a Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds Season Pass, Sonic Prime Character Pack, Minecraft Pack, SpongeBob SquarePants Pack, PAC-MAN Pack, Mega Man Pack, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Pack, a Content Pack 6 listing, and free Blue Star Extreme Gear. That catalog was accessed October 13, 2026; names, release timing, and availability can change by region.
SEGA says the Nintendo Switch version can be upgraded with an upgrade pack. An upgrade pack is not proof that every DLC entitlement transfers to Switch 2 or another platform. Check the Nintendo Account’s own purchase record and the edition actually installed.
Steam
Sign in to the Steam account that owns the game, open the game in the Library, and inspect its downloadable-content or properties area. Steam’s public catalog is useful for matching names but is not a user-specific ownership record: Steam DLC catalog.
The catalog names Season Pass, individual Minecraft, SpongeBob SquarePants, PAC-MAN, and Mega Man packs, and free Blue Star Extreme Gear. If a pack appears in the catalog but not in your account’s DLC list, the catalog is showing availability, not ownership. Check the account’s purchase history and ensure the game is installed under that same account.

Epic Games Store on PC
Use the Epic account that purchased the game or add-on and inspect the game’s library entry and associated add-ons. Exact Epic navigation labels and account-library steps were not established in the available official material, so do not rely on an assumed menu path. Use Epic’s own account, transaction, and library support if an entitlement is absent or the store does not identify the purchase clearly.

Recognize the DLC names without confusing ownership
Store catalogs group content differently. One platform may show a pass and its component packs as separate products, while another may emphasize an edition bundle. Use the following catalog map to identify what you are looking at, then verify ownership in your account.

This comparison reflects the reviewed listings, not a promise that every item is sold in every country or remains available indefinitely. Always select your country or region and platform before comparing.
Understand editions, passes, and standalone packs
Edition entitlement versus an individual purchase
A deluxe edition can grant the base game, a Season Pass, and bonus content in one transaction. Your library may therefore show the edition as the owned product while the included packs appear as downloadable components, not separate purchases. Conversely, owning the Standard Edition proves only that you own the base game unless your account also lists a pass or add-on.

Original Deluxe versus Year Two Deluxe on Xbox
The Xbox catalog distinguishes the original Digital Deluxe Edition (base game plus Season Pass) from the Year Two Digital Deluxe Edition (base game plus Season Pass Two). If your account already owns the original bundle and you want Year Two content, the Xbox listing says to buy Season Pass Two alone. This avoids paying for a second base-game bundle and is an Xbox-specific purchasing instruction.
Pass ownership is not a universal cross-platform license
Neither the platform catalogs nor SEGA’s product information establish that a Season Pass bought on one platform follows you to another. A PlayStation purchase, for example, should not be counted as an Xbox, Nintendo, Steam, or Epic entitlement without an explicit platform policy saying so. Check each account independently.

When the storefront marks an item as owned but the game does not show it, work through these checks in order. The available official listings do not verify one universal in-game menu or a platform-independent fix, so avoid deleting saves or buying the item again until ownership is confirmed.
1. The wrong account is active
Sign out or switch profiles and recheck the account that paid for the content. Family consoles and shared PCs commonly have the game running under one profile while the DLC belongs to another.
2. The item is included in a pass or edition
Look for the parent Season Pass or deluxe edition in the account’s owned products. A component pack may not have its own transaction line even though the pass grants it.

3. The content is not installed or has not synchronized
Open the platform’s game-management or add-on view and confirm that the owned component is available to install. Restart the platform and game after installation. Use the platform’s official support if the owned item cannot be downloaded or remains marked unavailable.
4. The catalog and account regions differ
Compare the purchase region, account region, and installed game edition. Store catalogs can differ by country, and an item listed in one region may be unavailable or named differently in another. Do not create a second purchase simply to test a regional mismatch.
5. You are expecting content from another platform
Verify that the game is running on the platform where the DLC was purchased. The official product information lists multiple platforms but does not confirm universal entitlement transfer.

6. The product is a later or unreleased listing
A catalog entry such as Content Pack 6 can appear before its release or while availability is changing. Check the item’s current release status in your region and distinguish a preorder or announcement from an installable entitlement.
7. The storefront record and game still disagree
Capture the account’s owned-item screen, receipt or transaction number, platform, region, and the missing content name. Contact the relevant platform’s account or library support, then the game publisher’s support if the platform confirms the license. This route is safer than relying on an unverified in-game menu path.
A quick ownership worksheet
Use this checklist when you have purchased content on more than one platform or during multiple editions:
- Platform: PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch/Switch 2, Steam, or Epic Games Store.
- Account identifier: the profile that completed the transaction.
- Base-game edition: Standard, original Digital Deluxe, Year Two Digital Deluxe, or another edition shown in your library.
- Pass entitlement: Season Pass, Season Pass Two, or none.
- Standalone packs: list each exact product name shown as owned.
- Free content: note whether Blue Star Extreme Gear is claimed, installed, or merely listed.
- Region and date: record the storefront country and when you checked, since catalogs change.
- In-game result: write down which character, vehicle, gear, or other content is still absent.
Keeping those details together prevents the most common mistake: comparing a public catalog from one platform or region with a purchase made on another account.
What the official listings do—and do not—tell you
- They identify product names, editions, passes, and some included content.
- They show that catalogs are not identical: Nintendo, PlayStation, Xbox, and Steam group or list packs differently.
- They do not expose your personal purchase history merely because you can open the page.
- They do not establish a universal cross-platform entitlement system.
- They do not provide a verified, identical in-game ownership menu for every platform.
For that reason, the correct sequence is always account record first, matching platform catalog second, and in-game verification third.
