Claim a Perk on an Xbox console
- Open the Game Pass section on your console.
- Browse the available Perks and select an offer to view its redemption instructions and deadline.
- For in-game benefits, select the Benefits button on the Home screen or in the Game Pass section.
- Complete the offer’s required setup. If instructed, launch the supported game or device to finish claiming or access the benefit.

Claim a Perk on a Windows PC
- Open the Xbox app on Windows.
- Select the Game Pass tab and browse the available Perks.
- For in-game benefits, select Benefits on Home or on the Game Pass tab.
- Check the selected offer’s requirements, complete any game-specific setup, and launch the supported game as directed.
The app’s Game Pass tab is the place to browse Perks; the Benefits button is an entry point for in-game benefits. Follow the instructions for the specific offer rather than assuming every item uses a code or is granted automatically.

Check eligibility and the offer deadline
Not every member can claim every offer. Xbox labels its Perks page “Game Pass Ultimate Perks,” while its in-game benefits guidance says titles, features, and availability vary by Game Pass plan as well as region, platform, and time. Check the details shown for the signed-in account and the particular offer. Xbox also says Perks must be redeemed within the timeframe stated for the offer.

A Perk missing from your list does not, by itself, mean the app or account is broken: the offer may not be available for your plan, region, platform, or at that time. Offers can change, so use the current details displayed in Xbox rather than relying on an old listing.
If a Perk is missing or redemption fails
Start by checking the offer’s displayed eligibility, setup instructions, and deadline. For an account-specific problem or an error you cannot resolve from those instructions, contact Xbox Support about Game Pass benefits.
