The available alternatives depend on your goal: use Recently Visited to find experiences in chronological order, or adjust privacy settings to limit what other people can see about your activity. Neither is described as a way to erase the Continue Playing row.
Can you clear Roblox’s Continue Playing row?
Roblox’s published guidance and staff replies reviewed here do not provide steps to remove an individual experience from Continue Playing or erase the row’s history. That is a limit of the documented guidance, not proof that no interface change or account-specific option could exist.
The row is also not a dependable chronological history. A Roblox staff reply dated June 12, 2026, says the Continue sort is “partially-chronological”: more recently played experiences are ordered chronologically, while the rest are reranked. The reply identifies Recently Visited as the fully chronological view. Roblox staff had also said in 2023 that Continue was no longer based purely on recency; the 2026 comment is the more current explanation. The same 2026 reply mentioned testing a larger number of experiences in the row at that time, but did not establish that as a current feature.
To find experiences in chronological order
- Click the Roblox search bar.
- Open Recently Visited to see the chronological view Roblox staff describe.
This is a way to locate recently played experiences, not a control for editing Continue Playing.

To limit who can see your activity
If the concern is other people seeing when you are online or which experience you are playing, use Roblox’s visibility settings. Roblox Support documents this path: Settings → Privacy & content restrictions → Visibility & private servers → Visibility. Review the available options for online status and Show current experience; availability can vary by age and region.
These settings govern visibility, not the Continue Playing row. Roblox describes Home as personalized and lists Continue Playing among its Home sorts. Roblox also says information about the experiences people play may be used for recommendations, and its privacy policy describes associating interaction information with accounts.

If you see an experience you don’t recognize
Do not assume that changing visibility settings, clearing a browser cache, or installing a third-party extension will remove an entry from the account-level Home row. If an unfamiliar experience makes you concerned about account access, check active sessions in Roblox’s Security settings and secure the account as needed. Roblox’s documented screen-time article includes a separate Top experiences view for the last week; it does not say that view edits Continue Playing.
