To complete “A Sailor’s Letter” in Throne and Liberty, read the Letter in a Bottle by the wreck beneath Spiral Cliff, find the Stranded Sailor and read his letter, examine the Shipwreck Treasure Chest, then speak to Lord’s Aide Dave and Harnie in Kastleton. The route is part of the Windhill Shores Exploration Codex.

1. Find the Letter in a Bottle beneath Spiral Cliff

Travel to the wreck beneath Spiral Cliff in Windhill Shores and look near the coast for the small bottle. From the wreck, search north toward the shaded area shown on the map. Interact with the Letter in a Bottle to start the objective chain.

2. Reach the Stranded Sailor

Make your way to the island with the Stranded Sailor. You can swim there or board the Marind that regularly docks at Kastleton Port. Once on the rocks, follow the blue markings up the climb. Use traversal and gliding carefully; a fall can send you back down.

3. Read the sailor’s letter

At the top, locate the letter beside the Stranded Sailor and read it. This is a separate objective from finding the bottle.
