In the 2026 return of the Dress to Impress Valentine’s Quest, Chapter 1 takes you through a potion-making challenge, a timed heart-shooting round, and a final golden-heart lock. Enter the quest lobby from the waiting-lobby portal or Hall of Fame teleport, board a Chapter 1 swan, and follow the steps below. The quest was a seasonal event; its availability on October 8, 2026, is not confirmed.
How to start Chapter 1
- After a runway competition, enter the Valentine’s Quest portal near the garden entrance in the waiting lobby. Alternatively, use the Hall of Fame teleport and select Valentine’s Quest. The 2026 return-era walkthroughs describe both routes: All Things How and Beebom.
- In the quest lobby, board a Chapter 1 swan. The 2026 guide says you can play solo or in a party of two, four, or six.
- Go through the garden gate to trigger the opening cutscene.
How to make and submit the potions
- After the cutscene, walk down the hall and turn left before reaching the end to find the cauldron room.
- Approach a cauldron and memorize the two potion bottles it displays.
- Select those same bottles and complete the mixing interaction.
- Take the finished potion to the large cauldron beside the NPC and submit it before the timer runs out. The 2026 return-era guide reports that each player must submit three potions; this quantity is specific to that event build, not a universal requirement.
Older instructions can give a different count: Beebom’s 2025 Chapter 1 guide reports six potions total. If you are following the original 2025 event rather than the 2026 return, use that version’s instructions instead of combining the two counts: Beebom’s 2025 walkthrough.

How to complete the heart-shooting round
Once the potion task is complete, enter the portal in the potion room. Shoot the flying hearts until the progress bar reaches 100%, before the timer expires. Beebom’s 2026 guide reports that pink hearts award 10 points and golden hearts award 25, so aim for golden targets when you can do so reliably. After the shooting round, you return to the garden. Shoot the golden heart-shaped lock to open the Fortress portal and complete Chapter 1.

Is the Valentine’s Quest still available?
The Valentine’s Quest returned in the February 2026 update. All Things How reported that the update launched on February 7 and was expected to last about a month, but did not establish an exact end date. The official Roblox listing shows that Dress to Impress is active; it does not confirm that this seasonal quest remains playable. Check the live game for the quest portal before relying on these steps today.
