Start the Beloved Cat quest in En – Old District
After the relevant story progress around Owen and Kina and the return to En, speak with the quest giver marked on the map in En – Old District. Guides differ on whether the NPC is a boy or a man, so follow the quest marker rather than relying on that description. PowerPyx and Neoseeker both place the giver in the northwest part of the district.

Lure the cat and finish the quest
Inside the hidden house, approach the tiger-striped cat with Piranhara Bones in your inventory. The bones prompt the cat to come along. Take it back to the marked quest giver in En – Old District to complete the quest. Neoseeker lists the reward as 1200G and one Iron Key.
Optional loot in the hidden room
Neoseeker also reports five Energy Drinks and 1000G in the hidden room. These are separate from the listed quest reward, so collect them before leaving if you want the extra items.
