The seven regular fish are listed for Winter, with an individual weather and bait condition; the live in-game Bestiary is the best check if a name or requirement differs.
How to enter Blue Moon Sea 2
Blue Moon is a server event. The Fisch Wiki says it can be started with a Blue Moon Totem or encountered during Winter and Clear weather. When it appears in Sea 2, find the gate on Lushgrove at X: 1410, Y: 155, Z: -580 and enter it to unlock the special location and Bestiary. These are community-wiki-reported mechanics; confirm the event and gate in your current game, since Fisch changes over time. Fisch Wiki: Blue Moon
The event is reported to last approximately 10 minutes, so have your bait and equipment ready before it starts. The same reference says a Sundial Totem does not stop the event. Check the current in-game Blue Moon Totem listing for its price; an older walkthrough’s price may no longer apply.
Blue Moon Sea 2 Bestiary checklist
The updated reference lists seven regular catches and one secret-tier entry. It gives Winter as the season for every entry and shows no time restriction for any of them.
