Waking Reverie was a limited-time 2024 event, not a currently open activity according to the available notices. During the event, players completed seven Sylus poster photoshoots, submitted selected pictures for star ratings, and earned rewards at cumulative star thresholds. This guide explains how the event worked and what its photo prompts asked for; it is a historical walkthrough, not a way to claim the rewards now.
Was Waking Reverie still available?
No. The indexed October 19, 2024 update notice says Waking Reverie ran from October 20 at 5:00 a.m. to October 30 at 4:59 a.m. server time. The cited sources do not establish that the event or its rewards are currently available. The official update notice is the source for the event dates and its listed reward types.

What you needed to unlock it
- Complete Main Story [Long-Awaited Revelry] Chapter 1 Story 8 to access the event, according to a community walkthrough.
- Some tasks used the Glint Photobooth, which that walkthrough says unlocks after [Under Deepspace] Chapter 3 Battle 14.
Waking Reverie had two components: Guide Book story chapters and seven poster shoots. The Guide Book unlocked further sections after two posters, four posters, and all seven posters were completed. The walkthrough says finished story sections were recorded in Sylus’ Love Timeline under “With Him.” These are descriptions of the 2024 event, not current menu instructions.

How a poster photoshoot worked
- Open a poster shoot and read the theme displayed by OTTO-PHO.
- Take pictures in the photo mode required for that task. Some assignments used the Glint Photobooth.
- Select the picture you want to submit with the Use button, then check its star rating.
- If the rating is short of your goal, use Retry to take another set of pictures. Use Go Print to submit the selected result.
The community walkthrough reported 20 reprint chances per day during the event. Shoots were time-gated, with one becoming available each day; it also said missed sessions could later be accessed for free, or a retro session could be unlocked sooner for 20 Diamonds. Those details describe the historical event interface and should not be treated as current purchase guidance.

What the seven poster themes asked for
The event’s seven prompts emphasized different details. Use the wording shown in-game as your guide; styling suggestions from a retrospective community walkthrough are not guaranteed scoring rules.
- “As you tap the shutter, add a touch of gold to make it look sparkling.” For this prompt, the walkthrough suggested trying a gold-colored accessory or sticker.
- “Laughing out loud while capturing all your joyful moments in the amusement park.”
- “How will he react at the amusement park? Capture the moment to find out.”
- “The secret to capturing the exclusive atmosphere of the park: bold styling and relaxed poses.”
- “In the amusement park that goes round and round, capture the circle exclusive to you!”
- “Take a photo of the birds flying through the amusement park and keep them in your memories.”
- “Create the most joyful ambiance for your amusement park photos and impress everyone with loving interactions and a signature smile.”
For some Glint Photobooth assignments, the walkthrough recommended DUO mode and stickers. More generally, it suggested matching clothes, accessories, poses, backgrounds, and stickers to the prompt. Treat these as experiments rather than a fixed recipe: the guide cautions that the same photo combinations could earn different ratings on different accounts. The displayed theme and the rating you receive are more reliable than any community styling formula.

How many stars to aim for
Each poster could receive zero to three stars. The walkthrough’s practical target for reaching every listed reward threshold was 16 stars: earn three stars on two posters and at least two stars on each of the other five. Seven posters allowed a theoretical maximum of 21 stars, but the listed reward milestones stopped at 16.
Waking Reverie star rewards

| 8 | 300 Chocolate and 3 Energy Capsule: Powerful |

The thresholds and quantities above are reported by the community walkthrough. The October 2024 update notice also lists Festival Day headwear, the Night at the Park photo frame, Energy Capsule: Powerful, and Chocolate among the event rewards. Neither source establishes that these items can be obtained from Waking Reverie now.
