Start at EA Help, choose the game or support topic that matches your problem, and follow the contact options shown for that issue. If you need help with an EA mobile game, open its Settings menu and look for Help, Contact Us, or Customer Support. For refunds, contact the store or platform that processed the purchase.
Choose the right EA support route
EA Help organizes assistance by game and issue, including account access, security, orders, technical problems, and platform support. The contact route is specific to the issue you select, so follow the options displayed on the relevant page rather than expecting one universal method. Open EA Help or browse EA’s platform support page.

- EA account, game, or technical issue: Select the affected game or topic on EA Help, then follow its current contact or troubleshooting options.
- EA mobile game: Start with the in-game support menu; see EA’s mobile-game help instructions.
- Purchase or refund: Identify the store that took payment before contacting support. EA purchases and third-party purchases use different routes.
- Unauthorized charge: Use EA’s fraud guidance if it was made through your EA account. If it was billed through a console or mobile platform, report it to that provider.
Get help with an EA mobile game
Electronic Arts says, “The best way to get help is in-game.” Open the game’s Settings and select an option such as Help, Contact Us, or Customer Support, then follow the prompts. Labels can vary by game.
If in-game support is unavailable, look for the game’s help articles on EA Help or use EA Forums. For account recovery, EA says the game ID is needed to locate the account; follow the relevant game’s help page to find it.

Prepare your details before contacting EA
Having relevant information ready can help EA understand the issue and reduce follow-up questions. EA recommends gathering as much of this as possible:
- Your EA ID or email address; for a mobile game, the game ID as directed by its help page.
- The platform you use, such as PlayStation, Xbox, or PC, and the related platform account ID, such as a gamertag or Online ID.
- Proof of purchase, if the issue involves a transaction.
- When the issue began, what happened, and what you have already tried.
- The exact wording of any error message.
- Screenshots or video clips that show the problem.

Where to ask for a refund
The seller that processed the transaction generally handles its refund request. Use EA’s self-service tools and refund policy for eligible purchases made on the EA app or EA.com. For a purchase through PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, Epic, Apple or Google app stores, or a physical retailer, contact that platform or seller instead.

EA app and EA.com purchases
EA’s Refund Tool checks whether a purchase is eligible and lets you submit a request. EA’s current policy says eligible full PC or Mac game downloads, including participating third-party titles bought on the EA app or EA.com, may qualify under these windows:
- Within 24 hours after the game is first launched.
- Within 14 days of purchase if the game has not been launched.
- Any time before release for a preorder.
EA also describes an exception for a new EA game bought within its first 30 days of release: if technical problems within EA’s control prevent play, a request may be made within 72 hours after first launch. Some DLC, separately purchased in-game currency, and certain editions are excluded. These are policy terms, not a guarantee of eligibility; check the live EA refund policy before submitting.

Unauthorized purchases through a platform
For unauthorized purchases billed through Xbox, PlayStation, Apple, or Google Play, EA says its advisors cannot process the platform refund. Contact the relevant provider using the route in EA’s fraud guidance.
