Use it for account access, hacked accounts, billing, gift cards, technical problems, moderation appeals, privacy requests, and other account issues. Choose the category that matches your problem and include your username, device or purchase platform, dates, error messages, and useful evidence.
Roblox lists a phone number in its legal documents, but those documents do not confirm a live general customer-service hotline. For most players, the support form is the practical first choice.

How to submit a Roblox support request
- Open the official Roblox Support form.
- Enter the requested date-of-birth information, or use the available login option if appropriate.
- Select the help category and subcategory that best describe the issue.
- Enter the affected Roblox username. Use the username, not just the display name, if they are different.
- Identify the device, platform, or purchase location involved.
- Describe what happened in chronological order, including when the problem began and what you already tried.
- Attach relevant screenshots, receipts, error messages, transaction details, asset IDs, or content links when requested.
- Submit the request with an email address you can access, then keep the confirmation and reply in the same correspondence if Roblox asks for more information.
The form’s labels and fields can change, so follow the current wording shown on Roblox rather than relying on an old screenshot or menu guide. Roblox’s Contact Us guidance specifically asks users to provide the affected username, device or purchase platform, help category, and a detailed description.

What information should you include?
A complete request gives Roblox the information needed to identify the account or transaction. Include:

- Your Roblox username and, if useful, your display name
- An email address you control
- The device or platform: Windows, Mac, iPhone or iPad, Android, Xbox, PlayStation, Chromebook, or another platform
- The exact error message
- The approximate date and time the issue started
- A clear explanation of what happened
- Steps you have already tried
- Purchase dates, amounts, order numbers, or billing descriptors for payment issues
- An asset ID or Roblox content link for a content appeal
- Screenshots with unnecessary personal or payment information removed
Never include your password, two-step verification code, backup code, or browser cookie in a support request.
Choose the right Roblox contact route
Login or password problems
Try Roblox’s account-recovery tools first. If you cannot recover access, submit a ticket through the Support form and explain which recovery methods failed.
Hacked or compromised account
Secure the account and device before contacting Roblox:
- Remove suspicious downloads and browser extensions.
- Run a malware scan.
- Change the Roblox password once you can access the account.
- After access is restored, enable two-step verification in Settings > Security.
- If recovery fails, contact Roblox through the hacked-account support guidance and the Support form.
For ownership verification, Roblox recommends contacting Support from the first email address added to the account or the billing email used for the first payment. Roblox may explore other verification options when an account had no email or card or PayPal purchase, but recovery is not guaranteed.
If you are seeking help with lost inventory or currency, Roblox says compromised-account assistance is limited and requires contacting it within 30 days of the compromise. Roblox also does not support or enforce trades or deals completed off-platform.

Bans and other moderation actions
Moderation appeals follow a separate process. Check the moderation notification: Roblox says it will indicate whether to use Violations & Appeals through the notification link or the Roblox Support form. See Roblox’s moderation appeal guidance.
For an account appeal, provide the username and a brief explanation of why the decision should be reviewed. For a content appeal, include the username, explanation, asset ID, and link to the Roblox content.
For most users, Roblox states that an appeal must be submitted within 30 days of the moderation action. Users in the European Union have a separate six-month appeal period under the stated Digital Services Act process. Only the account owner may submit an appeal; Roblox’s guidance also recognizes the account owner’s parent or guardian in relevant circumstances. A friend generally cannot appeal for another player.
Submitting an appeal requests a review; it does not guarantee that Roblox will reverse the decision. Roblox also says duplicate appeals for the same moderation action are not reviewed, and a short consequence that has already expired may no longer be practically appealable.
Unauthorized charges and refund requests
Check the billing descriptor and payment platform before contacting anyone. For a charge shown as Roblox without an Xsolla prefix, use the Roblox unauthorized-charges and refund process. For a descriptor containing Xsolla*Roblox, use Xsolla Support.

A request may require the charge dates and amounts, billing name, last four card digits, PayPal email address, Google Play purchase number beginning with GPA., and Roblox username. Attach JPG or PNG files where requested, but remove unnecessary sensitive information.

Roblox cannot necessarily refund every purchase made inside the Roblox experience.
For charges handled by Roblox, contact Roblox before filing a payment dispute when possible. Roblox says that once a dispute has been filed, it cannot issue a direct or immediate refund through its own process.
Gift cards and toy codes
Use the Support form and select the gift-card or code category shown on the current form. Include the purchase platform, purchase date, receipt details, code-related information requested by Roblox, and screenshots if useful. Do not post an unused code publicly or send it to an unverified person.
Technical problems
For an app, launcher, connection, or gameplay problem, identify the device, operating system if relevant, Roblox version if shown, exact error message, and when the issue occurs. Explain whether the problem affects one experience or Roblox generally.

If many users appear unable to join Roblox, check Roblox’s official status page and the relevant Help Center troubleshooting articles before opening a routine ticket. A support ticket cannot immediately resolve a platform-wide outage.
Player reports and safety concerns
For a specific player, incident, experience, or user-created asset, use Roblox’s in-platform Report Abuse tool where available. Reporting in context connects the report to the relevant player or content. Roblox describes its reporting and moderation approach in its Content Moderation guidance.
Use the Support form for broader account, billing, or platform problems. It is not a substitute for emergency services. If there is imminent danger or an urgent child-safety emergency, contact local emergency services or the appropriate law-enforcement channel first.
Creator, Studio, and scripting questions
Creators asking about building, scripting, experience performance, or site features should start with Creator Documentation and the Roblox DevForum. These are generally more appropriate than Customer Support for development questions.
Can you call Roblox?
Roblox’s Terms of Use list (888) 858-2569 as contact information. Its Privacy Policy formats the same number as (888) 858-BLOX. However, the official Customer Support article directs ordinary account and billing questions to the Support form, and the available official documents do not state call-center hours, queue behavior, or that a live agent will handle player problems by phone.

Therefore, treat the number as a formal corporate or privacy contact listed in Roblox’s legal documents—not as a guaranteed live customer-service hotline. Do not trust alternative Roblox phone numbers found in search results, social posts, Discord messages, or game chats.
Is there a Roblox customer-service email?
Roblox’s ordinary Contact Us guidance directs users to the Support form rather than publishing a general customer-service email address. The U.S. Privacy Policy lists [email protected] for privacy-related questions or requests. It also lists [email protected] for the EEA, UK, or Switzerland representative route.
These addresses are for privacy and personal-information matters, not shortcuts for password resets, Robux problems, moderation appeals, or ordinary gameplay support.

Can a parent or guardian contact Roblox?
Parents and guardians may need to submit requests for younger users, billing matters, privacy questions, or account issues. Roblox’s Privacy Policy says that a parent or guardian should complete the Customer Support form for privacy questions involving a user under 13. Roblox’s appeal guidance also recognizes communication with the account owner’s parent or guardian in relevant moderation matters.
A parent or guardian should explain the relationship to the account owner and provide only the information Roblox requests. This does not mean that any third party can access an account or appeal every decision on someone else’s behalf.

These are practical troubleshooting steps, not guarantees from Roblox:
Quick Recap
- Try another supported browser or a private browsing window.
- Check whether the form first requires date-of-birth information before displaying the ticket fields.
- Try the login option if the non-logged-in route does not progress.
- Use an email address you can access and check spam or filtered folders for replies.
- Save a screenshot of any form error and include the exact error text in a later request.
