For most account or billing problems, contact Roblox through its official Support page or the support request form. Check the relevant Help Center guidance first, then choose the category that matches your issue. Roblox’s form asks for the username needing help, the affected device, and a clear description.
Choose the right Roblox contact route

Does Roblox have a phone number or general support email?
Roblox’s US privacy materials list (888) 858-BLOX and [email protected] for privacy-manager or privacy-rights matters. They are not published as a general customer-service hotline or general account-support email. For ordinary account and billing questions, Roblox directs users to its Customer Support form. Its Privacy and Cookie Policy says, “You can reach Roblox electronically by submitting a question through our Customer Support Form.”
Privacy contacts differ by region. Roblox’s privacy policy identifies a representative for users in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland and a Brazilian data protection officer email for Brazil. If the user is under 13, Roblox says a parent or guardian should submit privacy questions or requests through the Customer Support Form.
For US state privacy requests, Roblox’s addendum, effective June 30, 2026, says to submit through the Customer Support Form or call (888) 858-BLOX and specify the right and scope requested. It says Roblox will confirm receipt within 10 days and respond within 45 days, subject to exceptions. Those are privacy-request timeframes, not general customer-support response-time guarantees.

What to include in a Roblox support request
Give Roblox the details needed to identify the issue without sending sensitive login credentials:
- The Roblox username that needs help.
- The device involved, including the device or platform where a purchase was made.
- The help category that best matches the issue.
- A concise, specific account of what happened, including relevant error messages.
For billing issues, include the payment type, dates, amounts, and any unauthorized-charge or refund details requested on the relevant page. For gift card or toy-code problems, provide the relevant PIN or number and the error message. Follow the issue-specific instructions for any additional information or attachments.

How to appeal a Roblox moderation action
Start with the appeal instructions in the moderation notification; the appropriate route depends on the action. Eligible cases may use Violations & Appeals, while other appeals use the support form.
Roblox generally requires an appeal within 30 days of the moderation action. For users in the European Union, Roblox describes a six-month period to appeal an initial moderation action, along with additional dispute-resolution and judicial-redress rights. Only the account owner may submit an appeal. If you appeal content through the form, include the asset ID and link along with the username and a brief explanation. Roblox will not review a duplicate appeal after it has already reviewed the moderation decision. Submitting an appeal does not guarantee the consequence will be removed.

Billing problems: check who processed the purchase
Before requesting a refund or reporting an unfamiliar charge, check the payment method and statement description. Roblox handles some billing issues, but purchases billed through Apple, Microsoft, PlayStation, Meta Quest, Samsung, or Amazon must be taken to that provider. Xsolla*Roblox charges should be taken to Xsolla. For eligible charges, Roblox advises contacting it before disputing the charge. Follow the billing page’s instructions and provide transaction dates, amounts, and other details requested for that payment method.

Use Roblox’s official support pages and sign in only through the official roblox.com website or official Roblox apps. Roblox says its employees will never ask for your password, browser cookie, two-step verification code, backup code, or sensitive computer information. Do not give those details to anyone claiming they can recover your account, even if they offer free Robux or a prize.
