Use oil, one poppy, one thistle, and one Herb Paris: boil the poppy for one turn, then the thistle for one turn, add the ground Herb Paris, and pour the brew into a phial.
What Lullaby does
Lullaby is an oil-based poison. Its listed effect is to reduce a target’s Energy to zero; at good quality, it also reduces Stamina regeneration. You can apply it to weapons or use it to poison cooking pots. PowerPyx’s Lullaby recipe and effects

Ingredients and equipment
- Oil
- One poppy
- One thistle
- One Herb Paris
- An alchemy bench, cauldron, mortar, and phial
Alchemy benches are available in larger towns, including Troskowitz and Kuttenberg. Ingredients can be obtained from apothecaries or found in the wilderness. PowerPyx’s alchemy guide
How to brew Lullaby
- At the alchemy bench, put oil in the cauldron.
- Add one poppy and boil for one turn.
- Add one thistle and boil for one turn.
- Grind one Herb Paris in the mortar, then add it to the cauldron.
- Pour the finished brew into a phial. Do not distil it.
Alchemy uses timed turns, and recipes may call for grinding, pouring, or distilling at different stages. Follow Lullaby’s sequence closely: using the wrong base or ingredients can waste materials, and mistakes can affect the result. GameSpot’s alchemy guide

Recipe unlocks and potion quality
You do not need to unlock Lullaby in the recipe book before attempting to brew it. Your first successful brew adds the recipe to the book. To improve quality, follow each instruction accurately; the available guide reports that the Secret of Secrets perk unlocks Henry’s quality at Alchemy Level 16. It does not provide a complete quality breakdown for Lullaby, so only the good-quality Stamina-regeneration effect can be specified here. PowerPyx’s alchemy guide
