For a more reliable clear, use Chill damage, equip Heat Antibody if available, evade its attacks, and target weak points. When a removable part is weakened, grapple onto it and tear it off to make the boss Groggy and open a chance to focus fire.
What is Grave Walker weak to?
Nexon lists Grave Walker’s attack attribute as Fire and says it is “Extremely weak to Chill.” That makes Chill the main damage element to build around: choose a Chill-focused Descendant or add Chill damage to a weapon. Nexon specifically recommends Viessa and Hailey, but neither is required to attempt the encounter. Nexon’s Void Intercept guide also recommends Heat Antibody to help resist Grave Walker’s Fire attacks.

Prepare before the Void Intercept Battle
- Check the recommended stats. Use the encounter’s in-game recommendation as your benchmark. Nexon says exceeding the recommendation makes the battle easier; its guide does not give a Grave Walker-specific level or Fire-resistance threshold.
- Choose your damage setup. Bring Viessa or Hailey if you have them and want a Chill Descendant, or use a weapon with the Chill Enhancement module. Weapon options that increase damage against Colossi or add attribute damage may also help, depending on your available gear.
- Add Fire resistance. Equip Heat Antibody to reduce the danger from Grave Walker’s Fire attacks.
- Plan to survive as well as deal damage. Learn the attack patterns and evade instead of standing still to trade hits. Staying alive gives you more time to attack weak points and exploit openings.
How to fight Grave Walker
Attack weak points and watch for openings
Keep your aim on weak points rather than firing indiscriminately. A dated Game8 Grave Walker guide advises starting with the Core Cover and targeting the knees when Frenzy opens them as weak points. It also names the Helmet, Sensor, and Core as destructible parts, and the Brain, Shell, and Core as removable parts. These specific part callouts come from a guide last updated July 22, 2024; Game8 says its team stopped covering the game in October 2024, so treat them as useful guidance rather than current official confirmation of every part name.

Colossi have destructible and removable parts. Attack a removable part’s weak point until it is weakened, then use the Grappling Hook to attach to it and remove it. Nexon says removing a part makes the Colossus Groggy. Use that opening to focus your team’s damage before returning to evasion and weak-point attacks.

Play with a team and find the encounter
Nexon describes Void Intercept Battles as cooperative encounters for up to four players and directs players to Seneca to participate. Coordinate attacks on weak points when possible, and make use of the Groggy window after a part is removed. Nexon’s guide covers the general encounter mechanics.

Do not confuse Grave Walker’s encounter access with requirements for later endgame difficulty. Nexon’s July 15, 2026 Update 1.3.34 notes renamed Hard Void Intercept Battle to Extreme and describe access conditions tied to Fortress quests. Those conditions concern the later difficulty, not Grave Walker’s unlock requirements.
