You can stop selling a Roblox game pass in Creator Dashboard, but Roblox’s reviewed documentation does not provide a way to delete one. Open the pass’s Sales settings, switch off Item for Sale, and save. That takes it off sale; it is not the same as deleting the pass or unlisting it from the Shop.
How to stop selling your Roblox game pass
- Sign in to Creator Dashboard and open Creations.
- Select the experience that owns the pass.
- Go to Monetization > Passes.
- Open or hover over the pass you want to manage, then use its menu or details to reach Sales.
- Turn off Item for Sale and save your changes.
Roblox documents passes as one-time purchases for permanent experience benefits, such as access to an area or a permanent power-up. Its pass guide describes the Sales toggle as the control for taking a pass off sale. Passes can also be offered in-game through MarketplaceService or on an experience’s details page; use the pass’s Sales setting to stop the documented sale flow.
Does taking a pass off sale delete it?
No. Taking a pass off sale stops new purchases through the documented sale setting, but it does not establish that the pass itself has been deleted. Roblox’s reviewed pass guide does not give a Dashboard deletion workflow, and its game-pass API reference lists create, update, get, and list operations, with no delete operation shown. The reference marks its primary game-pass endpoints Beta, so its documented operations may change.
This describes what Roblox’s reviewed official documentation supports; it does not rule out a newer or account-specific option, or a removal handled by Support. If permanent removal is essential, use the Sales toggle in the meantime and check Roblox’s current support route to ask whether it can remove the pass.

Can you hide the pass from the Shop?
Not through the Shop Item Catalog: Roblox says passes are always listed there and cannot be unlisted. That Shop listing control is separate from the pass’s Item for Sale toggle, which manages whether it is on sale. See Roblox’s Shop documentation for the catalog limitation.
What happens to people who already own it?
Roblox describes passes as providing permanent benefits, and its documentation does not say that turning off sales revokes benefits from existing owners. Do not treat the Sales toggle as a way to remove a pass from buyers. Roblox also says it does not record purchase history by specific users; if your experience needs user-specific purchase records, its pass guide says you must store that information yourself.

Why not archive the pass as an alternative?
Roblox’s general asset guidance describes archiving for most asset types through Creations > Development Items, but it does not establish that game passes are eligible. Do not assume that general asset-archiving workflow will remove or disable a pass.
