What is known about LEGO Hello Kitty sets?
The LEGO Group and Sanrio say their multi-year partnership will bring Hello Kitty and Friends into LEGO play sets for the first time, with new products expected in 2027. LEGO’s Sanrio page does not specify a release date. Set names, dimensions, piece counts, and packaging details have not been announced in the information available here.
The partnership announcement says Hello Kitty was introduced in 1974. It also describes the character as part of approximately 50,000 types of merchandise sold annually in over 130 countries and regions; those figures are from the companies’ announcement, not an independent count. How should you store LEGO Hello Kitty pieces?
LEGO says there is no single right way to sort bricks. Its suggested categories are by color, set, size, or type. If your main goal is to keep one model’s parts together, sorting by set is the most direct choice: reserve a labeled container or compartment for that set rather than mixing its loose pieces with other builds.

Choose a divided organizer that suits small parts
A clear divided craft organizer or small-parts box is a practical option to consider once you know what needs storing. LEGO lists clear storage bins and tool or craft boxes among its storage options. Before buying, check compartment dimensions, how securely the lid closes, whether labels will fit, and whether pieces from different sets can remain separated. These are selection checks, not confirmation that any organizer will fit an unreleased set.
LEGO also lists sandwich bags, plastic drawer systems, food-storage containers, LEGO storage bricks, and minifigure display cases as possible storage options. A labeled, closed compartment or bag for loose or temporarily removed parts helps keep a set’s pieces together; keep its instructions and set identifier nearby.

Keep stored bricks in a suitable place

How can you display a completed model?
A display case is one option for a completed build; LEGO lists minifigure display cases and other storage and display categories in its shop. For a case, compare internal dimensions, dust coverage, stability, and access for cleaning. What should you do if a piece goes missing?
Use LEGO’s replacement-pieces service for your region. The US guidance asks you to find the set name or number on the box or building instructions, then search the replacement-pieces service. UK guidance asks for a complete piece description, the element ID printed on the back of the instructions, and the set number.
