Download REMATCH for Windows from its official Steam or Epic Games Store listing. The official FAQ also lists PC Game Pass as an availability option; check its current catalogue in your region before subscribing or expecting access.
Official ways to get REMATCH on Windows
- Steam: Open the official Steam listing, check the currently available edition and regional price, then follow Steam’s purchase and install prompts.
- Epic Games Store: Use the official Epic Games Store listing and follow the store’s current purchase and installation steps.
- PC Game Pass: The official REMATCH FAQ names PC Game Pass as an option. Catalogue access can vary by region and change over time, so confirm that the game is currently included before subscribing for it.
Compare the current regional price, edition contents, any displayed offer, and the account or storefront you prefer. Do not use third-party download mirrors or unofficial installers.

The Steam listing gives the following minimum and recommended specifications. These are published requirements, not a guarantee of performance on every PC.

These specifications are from the Steam REMATCH listing, accessed October 8, 2026. The publisher’s PC requirements article, published June 19, 2025, associates its minimum tier with a 720p / 60 fps / low-settings target and its recommended tier with a 1440p / 60 fps / high-settings target. Those are publisher targets, not independently verified results for your specific hardware.

Check SSD space before buying or upgrading
The requirement is an SSD with 20 GB available. Check the free space on your existing SSD first; the requirement does not mean you need to buy a new drive if you already have sufficient space.
Install and launch the game
- Choose the official store listing for the account where you want the game.
- Confirm the current regional availability, price or subscription access, and edition contents on that listing.
- Complete the store’s purchase or access process and install REMATCH to an SSD with at least 20 GB free.
- Launch the game. According to the official FAQ, it auto-detects settings on first launch; you can adjust them later in Options.
If REMATCH will not launch or runs poorly
The official FAQ recommends checking that your PC meets the requirements, updating graphics and system drivers, and verifying Steam’s installed files. Try the following relevant steps:

- Compare your Windows version, processor, RAM, graphics hardware, DirectX support, SSD, and free space with the requirements above.
- Install current graphics and system drivers using the appropriate official update channels for your hardware and Windows installation.
- In Steam, open Library → right-click REMATCH → Properties → Installed Files → Verify integrity of game files.
- If graphics or memory use is preventing startup, open the game’s Steam launch options and add
-safemode. The FAQ says Safe Mode starts at the lowest graphics settings to reduce GPU and RAM use. - Once the game opens, adjust settings under Options. The FAQ lists FXAA, TAA, TSR, and DLSS when supported by the GPU, plus optional Frame Generation.
Useful technical details
REMATCH is built with Unreal Engine 5 and uses Easy Anti-Cheat (EAC) by Epic Games, according to the official FAQ. For connection issues, that FAQ says the game automatically selects a region by quality of service (QoS) and provides a setting to choose a preferred server location manually.
